I couldnt find a better place to post my question so I thought Id settle for here.
I started my own server with the help of some very informative YouTube videos. Its run fine for about six months until our router was effected by a storm. I have all my settings on the router back to where they were and I cannot access my online world.
Im a bit over my head with some of this stuff. I know how it works in its simplest form but Im not sure where to troubleshoot. The server times out as if it cant find the world at all.

I see no screenshot, but can tell you that it is most likely that the IP of your server changed. Check server.properties for the IP and compare it to the server's actual local IP. The line is blank after the = on my configuration, which makes it default to localhost.

No... that makes it listen on all network interface. IP addresses are bound to an interface. Most computers only have one interface, so they get one IP. The purpose for this setting is if you are running more then one server on one computer, like what server hosts do.
For all intents and purposes, this setting should be left blank.
Please learn you some before you spout misinformation.
Make sure the IP address of your physical machine hasn't changed. Since you probably haven't set up a static IP address for the machine, it has more than likely changed. Also, depending on your ISP, your public IP address could have changed.

Thanx guys,

Can you log in to the server locally? Is it just external connections that are not working?
Cast aside your festive doylaks: dragon stuff is about to happen.
Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.
