I have recently created a new server for minecraft, I did everything correctly, my friend can join in, that's how I know its working, the server crashes after
5 minutes and shuts down, independently if my friend is in or not.
I went to the server log and tried to see what is happening ad it gave me this

I think this is enough information I am giving I don't know how much is needed but if somebody could tell me the problem.
What does your run.bat file look like? The problem might be that you're not allocating enough memory to the server.
EDIT: It looks like you've only allocated 247 MB to your server... that's an extremely small amount. How much RAM does your computer have? If you have at least 8GB of RAM, try giving the server 3GB of memory and see if that works. You can adjust it more or less depending on how much you want to allocate.
Potato, potato, tomato, tomato.
I agree gone are the days where you could run a minecraft server on less the 1GB these days I would recommend a min of 2GB for minecraft 1.7 or later.
Also you have a ticking entity at co-ords 1681.53, 101.98, -57.57 which is the main issue i would put yourself in creative and tp yourself to the co ords and destroy what ever is there
How would I allow more memory to go into the server?
Adjust your max memory java arg to your desired amount
