So, there is 1 day left until the new EULA comes into action. I administrate a server and I will need to change the donation store so that the server is EULA compliant, so that we don't risk getting closed, blah blah blah and all that stuff.
I have a few questions, since the EULA itself, and the Q&A that followed up, are very vague, at least from my point of view.
Here are the questions:
1- Can I charge players on the donation store for items for hard currency (real money) if the respective item can be bought ingame with a soft currency, but through harder methods? What about items that are customized by a plugin? Like the following:
2- Can I charge players to buy certain classes for a plugin, as for example: certain Mob Arena classes? If not, is it possible to charge the classes for hard currency, but all the players, even those that didn't donate, have access to the respective classes, but as above, they earn them through harder methods?
3- Can I charge for more plots, specifically from a plugin? (Direct example: I use Precious Stones as player personal protection, can I give more plots to players who donate or is that against the EULA?)
4- What about commands like /workbench, /enderchest, /anvil, /furnace? They're commands that activate portable GUI's.
5- What about a command like ./invsee? Since it pretty much doesn't do anything at all apart from allowing you to see a player's inventory.
6-Let's say that all players have access to a specific command (example: /feed), but the command itself costs ingame money to be executed. Can I make it so that donor ranks have to pay less to execute the respective command or no?
7- Last but not least, what about the permission to set up certain warps, that can be accessed by everyone in the server? Will that be against the EULA since a donor can do that and a normal member cannot, but all types of players can access warps that have been created?
Thank you for your attention and I hope I get a clarified answer to all my
questions

That post, provides all the information you need to answer some, if not, all of your queries.
The base mechanic behind the "EULA Change" is to stop selling items, stop "Gameplay Changing" donations and to give everyone on all servers fair access with NO limitations for those that haven't donated.
Well I know about the QA that followed the EULA changes, and that's why I have made this topic. It's very unclear on some points and I would preffer a direct answer right here to the questions I've asked. As for example:
strong>So can I charge for my minigames or mods?
Yes, so long as all players on your server have access to the features.
What this means is that you cannot give donators extra items/benefits for the sake of donating. Only cosmetic, non-game-changing items.
ALL PLAYERS MUST have the same benefits whether they've donated or not. You can't restrict certain elements of gameplay for people with "Higher Priority".
