Was I the only one that you gave the URL to? Because I just realized that my hacks weren't accepting it because I left out the "http://www."
anyway, here are the steps I went through with my server:
1. download the server files
2. download and install Simple Port Forwarding
3. open SPF
4. go through the steps (the little side-window) Excluding step 3(setting localIP to static or something like that)
5. Make sure the port is added to any and ALL firewalls (even antivirus programs)
6. start the server
7. Profit!
Port info:
Name: Minecraft
Type: TCP/UDP
Start Port: 25565
End Port: 25565
Hope this helps!
