worked. I checked the names and made sure I got the names and file names right so what am I doing wrong here?
Hi, Were you able to figure out why your first custom potion "Super Potion" didn't work? I'm trying to change the diamond_axe texture and I can't get it to work. I was actually able to use your "Mecha Buff" properties to change a potion into my custom axe png - just to prove that a texture change would work on a different item - but I can't change the diamond_axe texture. I tried it on a stick and a diamond, those work too. I think the issue might be that custom textures don't work on 2 word items, like the ones with an underscore _? but that seems really odd. Thanks for any help you can provide!

type=item
items=potion
texture=superpotion.png
nbt.display.Name=pattern:Super Potion
yet when I opened Minecraft, I did not show up at all. What I really don't get is that for a different custom potion texture, this
type=item
items=potion
texture=slowfallbuff.png
nbt.display.Name=pattern:Mecha Buff
worked. I checked the names and made sure I got the names and file names right so what am I doing wrong here?

How about you both use "" to show the code that it is simply not 2 entries but one.
