its pack format 6, its a compressed folder i dont know what is wrong
You've told us very little. There are a LOT of the reasons that a pack might not show up and the information that you've provided doesn't cover any of them.
What type of compressed folder is it? .zip? .rar? .7z? What?
What does your pack.mcmeta file contain? Yes, the entire thing. It's ALL important.
Do you have your file manager set to show known file types? If so, are you sure that your pack.mcmeta doesn't have a hidden ".txt" file extension at the end?
What is the EXACT structure within the .zip file? Once you open it, what do you immediately see? Will you please provide screenshots?
If you can, please remove absolutely everything that you did not personally create from scratch from the pack and upload it somewhere. It's much easier to SEE what you've done rather than play 20 questions over the internet. If you cannot do this, then please provide the information I asked for above. Yes, all of it. It's ALL important.
can the textures inside the pack make the pack not show up?
sorry for taking a long time to respond
Well your pack.mcmeta is formatted incorrectly for starters. You have an extra opening square bracket that has no accompanying closing bracket, and there's no such thing as a "color" attribute in that file. Not sure where you got that information, but so far as I can tell it is wrong. It should be:
{
"pack": {
"pack_format": 6,
"description": "best pack in the world"
}
}
I also notice that you have all of the file extensions hidden, which is a bad thing since there's no way of telling what Minecraft is seeing. I suggest setting your file manager to show those so you can be sure of what's actually going on. Sadly this means that you may have an error there that I simply can't detect because you've chosen to hide it from me. If you don't know how to show all file extensions, please use the search engine of your choice to find out.
You've also deftly cropped out the bar that shows the exact file structure of the pack so I've no way of knowing if you have your internal folders set up correctly or if you've made the common newbie mistake of having an extra folder between the root of the .zip file and the /assets/ folder.
I hope that helps you, but if not then please change your settings and how you crop things so as to not hide information from the people who are trying to help you.
