Yes. The blockstate is aware of whether or not a disc has been inserted into a jukebox. So just change the blockstate file to point to a separate model when it had a disc in it. The new model will need to be assigned its own textures, thus giving you the alternate textures you desire.
And to answer the next logical question, no, it's not possible to change the jukebox based on which disc it has in it. Unfortunately the blockstate doesn't track which disc is loaded... just whether one is present or not.
