I recently downloaded Sphax for 1.8 and have been using it on 1.8.3... as soon as I loaded it crashed... here is the crash report and can anyone tell me the dilemma?

It's right there at the top - you ran out of memory. It looks like you're trying to use the 512x version, and that's probably just way too big for your computer to handle. Try using a lower resolution texture pack.
