So I'm trying to get completely clear glass with only a blue border but whenever I erase anything on the glass whatever isn't there just shows up as white. I'm not using anything special, just mspaint. Can anyone help me in making the glass see-through?
MSPaint doesn't allow for transparency. That's why when you erase it you only see white, and not the typical checker box pattern that indicates transparent.
You'll need a more advanced program such as GIMP or Paint.NET, which both happen to be free =)
