I'm working on connected textures for a mod with stained glass blocks, and I'm having some problems. This is for Minecraft 1.5.2, with MCPatcher, Better Glass and Connected Textures.
My issue is that, although the blocks are fine when placed on the world (as you can see on the screenshot, the colors are ok, and you can see the water behind the blocks) they show as transparent blocks on my hand and on the inventory:
Here are my 3 ctm property files. Tiles 0 to 46 are the frames, the others are the glass.
