i have repeating command blocks with playsound commands in them and its set to a radius of 300 blocks then i have the cords "~ ~ ~" and then the volume and pitch, the problem is when i go too far away (just a few blocks) you cant hear the sounds anymore because the sounds are not playing directly to the player its playing from the blocks cords stated with tilda, i need to keep the volume and pitch settings but i also want the command to ignore the cords so that it plays for the player not the location if i take out the cords then i get an error, any solutions? /playsound mob.irongolem.walk @a[r=300] ~ ~ ~ 100 0.8
There was a trick in Java edition where you would set the sound coordinates to ~ ~54321 ~ or something really high, and then set the volume to an even larger number like 87654321. That makes it so you couldn't tell where the sound is coming from, and even if you moved far, you'd still hear it just the same.
I tried it in bedrock edition and I'm not sure if it worked; I couldn't get the volume right
But what I mean is something like /playsound mob.irongolem.walk @a[r=300] ~ ~42424 ~ 999999 0.8
