Okay, so I've been trying to figure out what the problem is when I port forward. I've tried it with multiple routers and computers, and it never seems to work. I created a static IP for the specific computer. I put in the correct port number and IPv4. When I check the port, it says connection has timed out. I also have the server open when checking the port. I've looked on google for anything that can help, but no luck.
Edit: I realized what the issue is and it cannot be resolved as I am not changing the ISP. They have a specific firewall which cannot be disabled nor can let the port through. I resorted to an Aternos server...*shiver* and I have to wait in a queue. Better than nothing, I guess.
