If you aren't intelligent, creative or lucky enough to already know of a way to make $50,000 then chances are there isn't a way for you to do it. That doesn't mean that it is impossible for an 11 year old to make that kind of money.
You definitely aren't very intelligent, because it's pretty much common sense that if someone did know of a way to do this, they would be doing it, not waiting for someone else to ask them about their idea, so they can share it with them and let them do it instead.
You definitely aren't very creative if you are resorting to asking people for outrageous ideas like this, rather than trying to think of some yourself.
And you definitely aren't very lucky, since you aren't already in a position to make this kind of money.
So, for you, the answer is there is no way.
Not trying to smash your dreams or anything, though, so if you really think you have a good business model, and you are convinced that your only obstacle is startup money, then just sit on that idea until you are 18, because they you will be old enough to present your idea to potential investors, and sign contracts for funding. That's the beauty of it- you DON'T have to come up with that startup money, if your idea truly is as great as you think it is.
The only way to get that much money at that age is to make a program. Then you don't have to drive, you don't have to talk to strangers, and you can use your alleged math skills.
I'm making close to $50 a month from my stuff. (Most of it isn't game related).
Teach me wise one, how I can make $50/month singing disney songs with a warthog and meerkat.
It's called a beautiful singing voice. ^.^ (Plus then you look good in comparison to the other two).
But in all honesty, it is literally the only way to make money with the conditions you stated without making a lemonade stand or something of the sort.

A beautiful singing voice?
Well darn, that counts me out. All I have is a barbershop quartet singing voice.
But in all honesty, it is literally the only way to make money with the conditions you stated without making a lemonade stand or something of the sort.
Another way would be to invent something simple that doesn't require any screwery with lawyers or design permits/health and safety stuff.
Or to run a website that does something to make money.
However, inventing something is a 1:1,000,000,000,000,000,000 chance, and running a small website that does "something" is not exactly easy. Getting customers is ESPECIALLY not easy.
If he had ~$10,000 to spend I'd suggest starting a small hosting service for images, as those are the SFW alternative to the obvious NSFW option with running a website that generates money, and alternatives to imgur/push/tinypic/imageshack are always welcome.
Another option would be low level investments, but that requires startup money as well.
He could try selling things on craigslist....... or no wait, that involves going places and needing to be of age.
Actually, all the options I stated would take months, or more likely many YEARS to see a profit, so they aren't really all that relevant.
Hmm......
He could smuggle candy to school and deal it out during/before lunch for 2x the price?

I always wanted to make a little indie game or something to make a few bucks off of. I have a thing for horror specifically. Something like Ib or Mad Father would be neat. Except both of those are freeware

Do not underestimate developing an indie game. Most of the time, it's not worth it. The time/work/stress involved is just too much for how much you MIGHT make if things go PERFECTLY.
Well darn, that counts me out. All I have is a barbershop quartet singing voice.

Yeah, it's hard to come by. Swing by me if you want some samples.
I've tried to make a website before to do EXACTLY what the OP wanted. It never happened. At that age you simply don't understand why it's so hard to make such a seemingly insignificant number, when in reality it's actually quite large.

My business didn't even start grossing $50k until........ Probably around 3 years after I started.
And I was completely flooded and booked with customers after the initial year of advertising and getting 1-2 bites per 3 months.
Guys, making money is hard work. :< I want to go back to when I was 11 and invest in google when I had $800 in a savings account, then I want to go back to when I was 18 and invest in bitcoins when they were like 2,000 for $10, then I want to do one last thing when I was 16 and not cash all my savings bonds/sell my coin collection for $1,200 for a new PC (but maaaaaaaan was that thing pretty schweeeeeeeeeet for the 6 years I had it).
Also I want employees who don't come to work high as a kite on heroin and then try to steal things, forcing me to fire them. But apparently that's asking a lot.
Also, MAAAAAAAAAN, the IRS is such BUUULLLLLLLPOO.
Do not underestimate developing an indie game. Most of the time, it's not worth it. The time/work/stress involved is just too much for how much you MIGHT make if things go PERFECTLY.
Hey, can't get good results without crying a little bit, y'know?
Or a lot.
Depends on the task.
In all honesty, I wouldn't care about money when it came to a smaller game more than I would having a fanbase.
If I make a couple bucks off it, great, but having a bunch of people wanting to make art and stories and stuff based off my work would be pretty neat too.
This may sound cliche, but i cant say it any better.
No pain No gain. Follow your dreams. Success does not come easy. You have to want it badly. More than anything.
Im sorry to say this but you probably will not be able to open your business anytime in the near future.
If your thinking of becoming a business owner at such a young age, i can't even imagine the success you will have in the future. Your potential is very high for such a young age. Perhaps you will be the next Zuckerberg of your generation.
You've heard the phrase "If you have to ask, the answer is no"? That's what applies here.
If you're a person who is capable of making $50k at age 11, you wouldn't have to ask a bunch of random people on a forum how to do it. You'd already know, and you'd already be doing it. If you have to ask, you're not going to get a useful answer.
Sure, there are people who can do that kind of thing. (for that matter, I started my first business at 11; I made what would amount to about $100 today) But they're not the same people who would have to ask how to go about it; they already knew what they were going to do, and they had the drive and ambition (and, often, backing) to carry it out.
My advice: put off starting a business for a few years, until those obstacles you mentioned aren't standing in your way. Instead, immerse yourself in as many different things as possible. Go for breadth, not depth. Also, read. Read everything you can get your hands on, except "age-appropriate" fiction about kids who are exactly like you. You know what that's like; go read something else instead. History is good, but don't limit yourself there, either. Do stuff. Read stuff. Learn stuff. You've got decades to make money.
And remember one thing: Nobody on his deathbed ever said "I should have spent more time at the office."
Oh, one of those kids who thinks they're entitled to be rich.
You have to WORK for money. You don't just get money. Get some skills (because currently you have none), practice those skills and work hard at them. Then start working for someone else using these skills. Working in a professional environment will develop your skills way more than just learning on your own. Then after you've saved up a bunch of money perhaps then you can start thinking about starting your own business using your skills.
99% never make more than million bucks in their lifetime.
Anybody who thinks this are those 99% that will never make more than a million bucks in their lifetime.

I agree with this.
The people on this thread aren't going to give actual success advice because they haven't succeeded themselves, and that's why they think it's impossible, except for that one guy who said he made $45000 from an instant message program at age 12.
OP, you're going to have to come up with your own action plan and really put action to it, otherwise you're not going to get what you want.
When I was 11 I took the bus to and from school, or I walked. I recommend this, make a fan game, (you know one without profit). Once your done with that you'll be 13. Make another game this time for profit. Games made my teenagers are much better than games made by 10 or 11 year old's. The first fan game you make should be on something like Pokemon or Mario FOR THE PC. Your fan game should give you experience of what to expect when you start making games which make profit. Make sure you get copyrights. Reason I'm porting this all on games because the only way to write books is through Child Writes (and that's aussie). I haven't read the terms and conditions but apparently they receive 60% of your royalties.
I'm working on a book that I estimate 50 pages long. (Currently on page 3) But hey you got to try. If you don't you'll be one of the 99% of people that make $999,999 so close!
But really I'm trying.
And also I think a next gen arcade is a better fit.
50 pages...
R U KIDDING ME?!?!?!??!
I'll give you a tip normal people read about 400 pages a dayIt'll be funny if the kid comes back and says he made 1 mil
You know, I'm 10 years old, and I know how it feels.
I support you, I know you can do it, it wouldn't be easy, but you can do it. All is possible if you want, just follow your dreams.
I know, J.K. Rowling is oldest than me and you, but look at she, she don't had money to buy the paper for the books of Harry Potter, but after she published it, she has one of the richest women in the world.
I'm not one to say something is "impossible" to a kid but..........
Seriously. Get off KOI-1686.01 and get back on earth, it really is impossible for someone of this age group to make $50,000 unless they come across some substantial luck or their family is rich.
Okay, so you steal an assault rifle, go to a bank...
But seriously, you just don't. USA law states that children are not mature enough to do, well, basically anything. You cannot legally own a business. Wait a few years, then you can embezzle money, because in a few years the economy will be dead.

I disagree with the people saying it's impossible, with the way the world is today age is not a huge barrier. You have your parents support, that's a big deal. I read an article recently about a 14 year old girl that had started selling necklaces when she was ~12, her family supported her and developed it into a big company turning over tens of millions of dollars.
Personally I would recommend re-evaluating your goal, do you need $50,000? You don't need to buy a building, you don't need to renovate a building, you don't need to buy everything.
Decide what it is you want to do and work out the easiest way to get to the position where you can do that in the most basic way and then iterate. The idea is you want to start with an MVP: Minimum Viable Product. Say you want to sell t-shirts, you don't buy a building and t-shirt printing machines and a million blank t-shirts and hire 10 artists to work on designs for you, you can achieve the MVP by registering for an online shirt design service and use that to validate the idea, demonstrate that there is a market and grow from there. Total cost: $0.
To achieve in life it's all about making small steps towards big goals, sure you can have a huge long term goal (to own a building and to produce your own products) but as a first step you don't need to do that, you can start just buying things off of ebay and reselling them for 50% markup to the people in your town... lots of simple ways to get started.
oh and #1 thing to remember: 99% of people giving you advice only have a small point of reference, their experience won't represent yours, so take online advice from people with no credentials with a big pinch of salt.

Yep, especially since we have a AA+ (used to be AAA+ before 2008), one of the best economies in the world. The US's economy is not going to be dead soon unless something really bad happens (all of a sudden... Ducks...), now, on a cosmological scale, it will be dead soon, but I doubt that's what you meant.

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.

I'm willing to bet that it is not, though.
