Is anyone else afraid of heights? I don't know why even if I'm in a save car on the side of a road I feel like I should just get out and jump (No I'm not suicidal) and I feel if we're above a ditch that if one side is uneven like if there's 1 person on one side and 2 on the other that the car is going to tip over. Anyone else think these things?

I'm not so much afraid but certain heights make me uncomfortable, especially if there is no ledge. It's weird because I'll be perfectly fine in an Airplane looking out the window but standing on the ledge of a cliff that is like 100 feet up can make me feel uncomfortable.
I love heights, getting a good view of the surrounding area. My Mom is terrified of them though, we just went to Yellostone National Park, mountain driving is interesting, everybody loves heights except my Mom.

Me too! I love flying in airplanes, but I hate cliffs and dropoffs without railings. It's almost an unnatural fear, because even if I know I'm perfectly safe, I still feel afraid.
I don't really mind heights, don't kno why people make such a big deal about it.
Some people feel the urge to jump, or think they'll fall off even on a super safe place.
a few years ago I went on the 2nd smallest roller coaster at a amusement park and it had a hill I was scared to death, I screamed my head off in my mouth.

I hate heights, whenever I'm climbing up something I think I'm going to fall, whenever I look of the edge of a balcony I have the urge to jump off.
I once had to climb up some big pole-thingy, and even though I had a harness attached to me I was so scared and, well, I don't have to go into further detail.
When I was little, I used to be so terrified of heights that I couldn't be on the second floor of the shopping mall near the railing that overlooked the ground floor or I'd freak out. I would walk against the 2nd floor shops. These days, the only thing that really freaks me out is being near a ledge without a railing, like a mountain cliff. I'm perfectly fine with ladders and airplanes, and I've even piloted a helicopter that didn't have doors.
