I've had a long history of changing catch phrases, but recently I've been saying "ARE YOU HIGH?!" a whoooole lot. That and "Are you kidding me?!". My friends are crazy.
Catchphrases are annoyingly repetitive as all hell.
I know someone that pretty much only communicates through catchphrases and quotes. It's quite possibly one of the most annoying things one can listen to, and worse than a Vogon's poetry.
I just used to call anything awesome or breathtaking "High-tech" like "Hey man, you heard about Xbands new song? that was so High-tech dude!". Maybe that was because I had a strong fascination with Science when I was a kid.
Mine is "Cause I CAN." Not terribly original but I use it frequently regardless.

I have a variation of that, "_____ hasn't been the same since the accident." I say it when someone acts weird.
