I don't think I'm allowed to speak of the worst I have seen.
If not, I would say the collective images used to make a certain Disney video involving a certain little mouse in a certain situation.

My mind was broken by the Internet. I put a sash around the wound, and went on my business.
/b/, /r/gore, /r/space*****, /r/creepy, and /r/nosleep have all scared the crap out of me at some point or another. Unfortunately I can't find the images because one NSFW and two why would I save them in the first place. Also, /r/gore is the one that gets me the most. I'm usually fine with the others but I can't make it past the first page on /r/gore.
Was it the one with the... cheese factory... thing?
I'd call that more... highly disturbing than creepy.
It was the one that got really distorted every minute, until it was creepy.

Out of boredom one day I googled "snuff film" thinking it was nothing more than a Hollywood myth, clicked on a yahoo answer page and the best answer had a link to a video... That video along with some other images on that website were some of the most disturbing things I've seen on the web.
The internet can be a dark place...
Wow... I never knew what that term meant. Now that I know I'm kind of disappointed in humanity, due to the fact that it's actually common enough to have a name.
My reaction to it: (you can press the spoiler button, there is nothing ugly).
To be honest, I hate these types of images because they get stuck in my head for the rest of my life. Like the one I viewed.
From now on, can you please say what's ilustrated in the image?
I googled it...and...well...(sigh)....
Dear god man, *shakes you* What the hell were you thinking?

windoge 8 has the saddest excuse for a BSOD, it just tells you the type of error, no stop code, no nothing, just "something went wrong, all your unsaved work has now been lost to the void that is volatile memory"
It's like a one-two punch. It's pony, so it by its nature it makes most people mad. Then they realize how deep in the uncanny valley it is, so then it gives them nightmares.
Thousands of images of people holding a cellphone up. The images themselves are not really scary at all... and then you realize that these people exist outside of the internet and you become very very afraid. What is it that they all have in common? What's with the phone? Why are they posting the images on the internet? Why are they providing content that no one in their right mind would want to view? Where is all this data being stored? What happens when the internet becomes full of people taking pictures of themselves with their cellphones? I need an adult.

Might want to fix your quote there, it's kinda spewing the terror at people.
I know, I'm got a crazy computer, I suck at the quote and stuff, that, and my mouse is going insane.
