I never quite valued sleep until a few days ago. I used to stay up until 11 or 12 every day. Then i got up at 5am thinking 'dafaq was i thinking?!' i still stayed up nevertheless. Then i decided to try sleeping early - like at 9:30.... Best decision of the year. I got up feeling refreshed and awake. Now i wake up before my alarm, instead of slapping snooze 15 times. It even allows for getting extra youtube time and homework completion. It is very important to me.

If I had the choice of never being tired again I would take it.
I sleep a ton when I don't even want too, I feel like I am always tired and I don't get any thing out of it or can I control it. Would be cool to be able to sleep in intervals. Also I barley ever have any dreams because I can never get deep sleep.
