I was just thirsty and poured some light blue Gatorade (G2, Frost Glacier Freeze) out of a huge 128 fl oz. bottle into a glass and put ice in it. I was sitting there waiting for the ice to cool the drink and looked at it, when I noticed a cloudy region, which was slightly lighter than the rest of the liquid. I thought it was the ice, but I reached my finger in and it wasn't ice. It turned out to be some stringy gel-like substance, I got out enough of it to squeeze into a little white/light blue ball. I took a sip from the glass, tasted fine, but dumped it out anyway. Then I looked at the bottle that I got it from and found the same stuff floating there. I have no idea how long the bottle was sitting on the counter, but there was only about an inch or two of liquid left in it. Does anyone have any idea what this stuff is? And if I should throw away the whole bottle or is it supposed to be there for some reason?
I would speculate that it's something like the same process juice with pulp in go though. the pulp settles on the bottom of the bottle and giving the impression of a darker orange slimy goo. I'd say the same happened to the Gatorade.
Just call up the company and tell them. They'll probably send you coupons for a replacement. You could literally call up any giant company and talk to them about cats or something for an hour, and they'll send you coupons for free stuff.
Venit, quessit, induravit.
Agreed, and as well, water is generally better for you.
Probably some pulp or something >_>
I know what you mean.
