Also, I always read at least one chapter of whatever book I'm currently reading. Can't sleep without it, unless I have been up for ~18 hours.
I listen to music before I go to sleep. The funny thing, I don't dream anything related to music but when I wake up in the morning, I hear them inside my head.
I draw ponies. Seriously, drawing one late in the night makes me want to sleep.
