So me here with sleep related questions.Again.My question this time is:

Do you do anything before you sleep that will help you sleep?

I like to listen to music before i sleep and that seems to help.

Avoid sugar and caffeine.

Don't think.

Ask someone to hit your head with a metal shovel. That always work.

I avoid anything caffeine or sugar few hours before bed. But I break that rule all the time.

I fall on the floor and let the concussion put me to sleep.

I basic lay down and brainstorm ideas for a web-comic I'm creating, and no it won't be publish any time soon.

This is false, good sir! Actually, since I went from 2 caffeine drinks/day to one every other afternoon, I have found that I sleep much better; thereby motivating me to give up more eventually.

Also, I always read at least one chapter of whatever book I'm currently reading. Can't sleep without it, unless I have been up for ~18 hours.

Think about how the next day will be like.

Concentrate on keeping your mind blank. Works almost instantly for me.

I usually just lie there and think of harem stories where I'm the main character.

Focusing on not thinking is difficult but effective

I sleep when I'm extremely tired, I generally get about two hours of sleep a day.

Slap yourself or do long division.

I listen to music before I go to sleep. The funny thing, I don't dream anything related to music but when I wake up in the morning, I hear them inside my head.

I draw ponies. Seriously, drawing one late in the night makes me want to sleep.
Or anything else in the matter, before someone says I have a brony f***ed up mind.

I don't do anything. Just get myself bored to the point I yawn constantly. That usually works.
