Once when i was much younger. My sister decided to mix milk, orange juice, lemon juice, and some ketchup. She tried to get everyone to drink it, so i put the tip of my tongue in it. Worst Idea Ever.
A couple of days ago, I was eating cookies that apparently fell on the floor... but I had no idea cause my bf didn't tell me until after I was done eating them. He says he didn't notice me eating them so that's why he didn't tell me.
Oh but the worst I've had is maybe a spoonful of wasabi. I didn't want to be rude and spit it out, cause it was my first time trying it and I thought it wouldn't be too bad but man... I regret that. It was so damn gross!
I typically avoid gross food or mixtures of a ton of different foods.
When I was at Hawaii, though, I tried some Poi, and it was pretty bad. It's like grey, thick paste, and tastes just like it looks. It's very bitter.
I also drank out of a really old and rusty drinking fountain, by accident. (The fountain itself looked clean, but the pipes were rusty). I felt sick after that.
Some bratty 10 year old who thought he was better then me dared me to drink some filthy, disease ridden water that came from the Bayou by his house. (I wasnt actually at his house. I was at my friends, and the kid was his neighboors.) Due to my pride, i did it. It didnt taste bad, but as soon as i was done with the tiny little handful, i knew i ****ed up. At least the kid thought i was a badass xD
Anyways, i wake up feeling awful, and it got worse and worse, especially on the way home from my friend's house. I don't know if you've ever been sick on a big car-trip, but it sucks. Especially if its the throwing up sick.
I also ended up throwing up in my bed that night, so i got to sleep on my hard carpet of the house i lived in at the time.
And this kids, is why pride sucks.
EDIT: Oh, and since people are talking about foods, i'll jump on the bandwagon. Just some undercooked steak that would have turned out bad anyways. I also tried a piece of bread with ketchup slathered on it once. Both were awful.
The worst thing I've ever eaten/drank was A cup full of garlic sauce, ketchup, nutella, cocoa powder, mustard, cream cheese, lucky charm's, jelly, gold fish, pepper, tobasco sauce, soy sauce, pineapple juice, tea, milk, raw egg, and powdered sugar, all mixed up.
Blame my friend's "Guess That Snack" game. I threw up all night and woke up at 6:00 AM, Constipated...I thought I was gonna die that night...
I ate a rotten tomato once, by accident. I was with my Boy Scout Troop back when I was 13, and I chopped up some tomatoes, but didn't eat any of them, so my Senior Patrol Leader said "You're going to eat a tomato now, because you need your vegetables." I thought he was joking around, so I rolled with it, and grabbed another tomato from the bin, and took a bite. Totally raw, totally rotten; that day made me regret that I can't vomit.
Mine: A few years ago, my friend dared me to lick the bin. And, well, i did it. (I know. I'm sick.)
So, what's yours?
Oh god, gross.
Some friend huh?

No, but I have something more appropriate.

Aside from that, I ate some really nasty spoiled trout. I spent a few hours "worshipping the porcelain throne" after that.

Sure, McDonalds is unhealthy... but it's not that bad tasting! At least my taste buds think that.
