Agreed. There must be some city/nation-wide law preventing a child holding a fire-arm.
And how the hell did no one else notice you getting shot at from a little kid?
I wasn't very old, 12 maybe, and I wasn't 100% sure it was the bullet at the time. Thinking back thats all it could have been and I heard the smack. I already hated these people and they hated us, I was scared to tell my parents at the time.

Still, when you might get shot by someone whose parents are too drunk to supervise him, I reccomend you tell your parents.

I wouldn't blame the kid too much. How old was he? He probably had no idea what he was doing.

********. If he didn't know how to handle a gun by that age, he shouldn't have had one. The minute you fire a gun at someone, you're attempting murder and are liable to get shot back at.

But wouldn't it be the fault of the parents for giving him the gun in the first place?

It would be both the parents fault for failing to supervise him, and his fault because by the time you're twelve, you should at least know that shooting at people is bad. Hell you should know that when you're six.
I can see people insinuating that the first clause means that they can bear arms for an organized militia.
Yeah, there is one very, very important point about the bill of rights that isn't brought up that much, and I don't know why (and I can't remember if it's mentioned in that P&T clip, sorry if it's a rehash). The rights laid out in the constitution are for INDIVIDUALS. Is a militia an individual?
Hunting's okay. I like it. It's not unethical or stupid. Deer tastes delicious.
Bragging about being a super-legit deer slayer who shoots five thousand 20-point bucks e'ry day, on the other hand, is not cool.
Yes deer does taste delicious, but if someone brags to you about shooting more than 3 20 point bucks in a day he is most likely pouching or lying. Even if shoots more than three of any kind of deer in a day he is most likely pouching or lying.
Actually, humans taste rather good; their meat tastes more or less the same as pig.
You sound kind of creepy saying this, but I know what your saying so it doesn't creep me out that much. I had a 10 grade biology teacher say that once and his reasoning was that humans and pigs have a similar skeletal structure and genetics.

I more or less intended to make it sound a little creepy, haha.
But yes, that's the reasoning behind it. Also, both humans and pigs are omnivores.

I actually seem to remember hearing on some history channel show, where they were talking about cannibalism, that, according to the cannibals, human flesh does taste similar to pork.
Judging by every hunter that I know, (I live in rural Indiana) they are all sadistic. They find killing fun, they discuss killing and torturing undeserving animals and laugh about how horribly they can torture and kill them. Of course this is not what all hunters are like, but I think it makes up a big majority. I don't think there should be any joy in killing, and it shouldn't be a sport to kill animals. That is sadistic.
These people had the mental capacity of an insect.
Its not a hunting gun.
(See left side of image)
Still very dangerous though.

and those people are wrong. The supreme court even had to tell them they're wrong.

I don't know, anybody that can kill five thousand twenty pointers in a day would be pretty damn cool to me.
Still, when you might get shot by someone whose parents are too drunk to supervise him, I reccomend you tell your parents.
But braggin about it to people who just started hunting would be a douche.

No. Just no. That's really disrespectful to the hunters here.
