I don't buy it. Depending on your dose and body weight, that should have killed you or induced amphetamine psychosis. Adderall's half life is approximately 10 hours. Too much of it leaves you utterly burnt and feeling so damn sick you don't want to be conscious when it wears off.
Short version is, you're giving out horrid advice. And for just the wrong person, deadly advice.
There is a reason why I mentioned the ER visit, saying to NOT stay up that way. By the end I was hearing things, convinced I was raised in an asylum, and that there were plastic bags dancing... And the doctor said that it was ok that it was spread out... But I do know that my heart issue would have killed me before an OD. It started to wear off, then I slept for a day. I did have major issues for the next week... And a horrible metal taste the whole time..
To anyone saying something loud, that stops working after about 20 hours awake for me, I've slept with about 300 watts of audio comming out of my speakers..
I can't spell, don't shoot me for it! Computer: Intel i5 2500k (Not overclocked for now) 8GB DDR3, 60GB agility3 SSD, 1TB 7200rpm storage, HIS-AMD HD6870. 3 1080p Screens, and one 17 inch, running on the HD3000 and the 6870.
To keep up for extended periods, eat healthy, drink water, and keep busy.
Avoid caffeine and sugar. While they will give a short burst of energy, they will turn about on you right afterwards. Energy drinks are also a bad idea and only good for short runs.
Don't go driving or operating heavy machinery. As a matter of fact, don't make any important decisions either; fatigue impairs judgement as well.
Keep your activity level low, but not too low.
And don't let the long-hours-runs become a habit; they wreck havoc on your body. And certainly do not go trying to set records on how long you can stay up; it's downright dangerous.

At least that's what the man in the dark alley told me.
Sire I inquire as I do with most, but do you mean to gloat? For is it truly such a tire to reply to the host with but a simple QUOTE?
