Who here thinks electronic instruments count as instruments coz is it is quite debatable dont ya think? for its instruments such as mixers, and turntables
I play a little piano. I don't know how to read sheet music, and I haven't learned very much about piano in general, but I can learn songs by seeing what keys to play. I don't really want to be very musical.
I've been playing guitar since around 1995. I took electric guitar lessons for about 11 years and then stopped when I went to college. I barely play now, but when I do it's mostly on my newer acoustic guitar.
i used to play keyboard when i was 5 but stopped. then just last year iv started to learn guitar but stopped half way throu the year (cant remember why) but now i go on http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/ and teach my self songs (for some reason guitar is realy realy easy for me. Like yesterday i taut my self pretender by foo fighters an can almost play the intro flawlessly (i dont know if that is good))
I DON'T PLAY MUSICAL ****, I PLAY GAMES AND STUFF HURHURHUR.
But on topic No, i don't play anything yet but i want to learn the drums once i can afford to get a set.
For drums, you don't really need a drum kite or something of the likes. Just start tapping on the table with your hands or a pen. There are a few videos of it, and it's actually kinda fun once you get into it. It does annoy others quite a lot though...
OT - I play the Drum Kit, and im alright at playing the piano, and can play a few songs, but i can't read noted music for piano(The notes, not he rhythm). I understand percussive music though.
I can also sing alright aswell. My own voice is an instrument, yes?
I've played clarinet for 2 and a half years, and I played piano for 5 years until I started playing clarinet(I'm 12, so that's a lot of years for me). I seriously need to start playing the piano again soon, it's going to be really hard to relearn the bass clef though. I play in my middle school band, first clarinet . A friend of mine is really talented at the violin, he can play the Legend of Zelda theme, the Song of Storms, Still Alive from Portal, and a bunch of other hard pieces from memory.
EDIT: I just realized that all of my friends except for 2 play a musical instrument. Lets see...Two violins, one viola, one trumpet, and 3 on the vocal cords.

It doesn't.

I stopped playing them a couple of years ago and have only just started playing the Piano again.
I also sing frequently. (no lessons)
