I think it's safe to say that most people understand and agree that voting is important. But how often do you vote? Every day there are polls created on internet forums just like this one but many of them go on without any votes. Even more alarming is the number of people who vote in polls without reading what the poll is actually about. Did you read this post before you voted in the poll?
I turned 18 last year and this year I will be eligible to vote. I won't vote for the presidency because my vote doesn't mean anything since it's the electoral colleges job to do the real voting. I will however try and participate in the state/county/city stuff.
I vote more than I reply and more than I read the actual thread unless it was started by Breadlord and I have to check to see what it's actually about.
Votes in elections, despite the fact that only a politician will get elected.
Votes in internet polls when I feel like it, reads poll beforehand.
If I voted no in the above poll, I would be contradicting myself by the act of voting in an online poll.
Wanders off somewhat confused...
Edit: Now I feel dumb...
I might vote in local elections too. Screw everyone who's running for the Oval.
And yeah, I read the OP before polling.

My work here is done.
I'm finally back. See profile for details.
My country allows me to vote once I reached the age of 21.
I like voting on the polls here in OT.
And I do read the OP before voting.
Most polls is about politics.
The election poll to be precise.
That's not true.
Oh. You are talking about polls in survey.
Pardon my misjudgment.
I voted I'm too young. I think mininal age to vote in my country is 16 or 18, I can't remember.
I find this thread amusing. Keep posting everybody.
