I made a thread about Spam a couple months ago.
If you cook it right, the stuff is delicious. I always have it either fried and served with rice and eggs, or fried and seasoned wrapped in seaweed.
The term "SPAM" for unwanted email actually originated from this meaty kind of SPAM.
Monty Python did a comedy routine in 1970 called "Spam" that focused on everything containing unwanted SPAM meat, thus making it annoying something nobody wanted. That is why email spam is called spam.
I grew up with this stuff, my home at least has a can or two of them at all times.
It's very salty, ain't really healthy.
But i love it :biggrin.gif:
When there's nothing else to eat, whip out a can of it, fry it and shove it in a sandwich or combine it with fried rice.
You Liek SPAM?????
Note To Self: Mark DNYDNG as SPAM.
Spam can mean 2 things.
Synthetically
Produced
Artificial
Meat
Need I say more?
Mostly because it's always described as "salty", and I don't like salty things.

Department of redundancy department.
I'm finally back. See profile for details.

Fresh meat huh? Your avatar is a pig. Om nom nom time coming up.
No.. Spiced Ham.
Yes, it was original called Hormel's Spiced Ham, but was then turned to Spam, as it was catchier.
Therefore, Mr. DaBomb, your argument is invalid.
