Is it normal to constantly sleepwalk? I will wake up in the weirdest of places. Last week i woke up in my closet. Also sometimes i wake up with different clothes than what i fell asleep in. I dont know if this is normal or if im just really weird.
It's not unatural but it can be hazordous if you end up running into somthing dangerous or leave your house and get hit by a car (which i hope never happens to anyone) maybe you should see someone about that?
I used to sleepwalk almost every night, having similar experiences to yours; waking up in strange places. Sometimes I would undress in my sleep.
I didn't know about it at all until I wandered into my mom's room when I was about six years old. She asked what was wrong, and I answered (in my sleep) "I can't find the bathroom". She led me back upstairs to the washroom where I went pee (also completely in my sleep) and then put me back to bed.
I wholeheartedly agree that it can be psychological. I don't get out of bed anymore, but I still experience night terrors and nightmares on a very regular basis. I have a circadian rhythm sleep disorder, and regular insomnia. Sleep has always been an issue for me.
My mother sleepwalks too.
She usually goes to the kitchen and rummage through the fridge before returning to her bed. o_o
Haha, my mom did this too, and it turns out it was due to her sleeping medication.
It would put her soundly to sleep, but also make her really hungry. Her body dealt with it by doing both at the same time.
I've literally found trails of cookie crumbs leading from the kitchen to her bedroom door. She ends up leaving Oreos everywhere. One time, she even closed one into her laptop. *crunch*

Oh yeah, she also emails in her sleep.
Haha, that makes sense.
Except... does the sleeping medication make her send emails too? Or is it just good old fashioned internet addiction. :tongue.gif:

I sleep walk a lot. I also play on my phone. When my mom would come up I'd argue with her and get in trouble. I just wake up and everything's taken away.
If I fall asleep in my recliner, 9 times out of 10 I will wake up in my bed on top of the covers. I assume it's sleepwalking because I would have taken 5 pounds of stuff with me when going off to sleep when awake.

I'm finally back. See profile for details.
And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall, with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear.
You weren't supposed to remember that.
