Many people that I know usually have to do something before they go to sleep, whether it's getting a glass of milk or listening to music. I actually don't try to sleep, I think to myself until my eyelids forcibly close.(Yes, I even think that's a tad strange) So what do you have to before going to sleep?
When i am going to sleep if i dont have music to listen to or tv to watch i sometimes think of how we sleep like how we sit there for hours and do nothing but sometimes dream its just kind of weird to me.
I usually stay playing any game until i get sleepy (normally like 1 or 2 hours before sleeping, but if the game gets interesting it goes to 3 or 4 hours :tongue.gif:)
Get as cold as possible and fall asleep before I get too warm.
I really enjoy the relaxing transition into the warmth, and if I can't find a suitable position to sleep in and get too warm, it will be a constant struggle until I can achieve an equilibrium of temperature.
Though if I'm drunk enough, I'll drift to dozeville in a jiffy.

Kind of off-topic; I'm not sure if you've heard of the little joke about girls always being really cold and wanting to embrace you in your sleep, romantically I've always connected it like I'm the warmth seeking her cool embrace into blissful slumber and the vise versa for her as well.

Sometimes computer things actually make me tired, even though everyone says they'll keep me awake all night. I'm actually getting tired now, and it's only 9:50 p.m.
Before I go to sleep, I must be absolutely positive that every single bookmark I have has been checked, any webcomics I frequent are void of updates, and that the forums are lacking in interesting threads.
Before I go to bed I have a sort of routine. I have these "quick read suspense" novels. I try to read half of one a night and finish a book usually within 3 days. Then I wash my face, put my glasses in the same exact spot (or else I will lose them forever), turn on my music, and then I all asleep very quickly.
Ya, I read..

Heh, I'm pretty touchy-feely right now.
