I think lucid dreaming is a side effect of studying epistemology and phenomenology. I used to do it every now and then when I was young, but now more than half of my dreams are lucid. I'm not sure I like that, though, as normal sleep is a great break from your life (and yourself).
I've heard that to lucid dream, you have to get in a regular habit of checking if you are dreaming. Link it to something. (such as everytime you run, ask yourself are you dreaming, even if you know you are awake, just to get into the habit). Make it a HABIT. Then, if you happen to run in your dream, or do the action that you have linked the check to, you will think "Hey, everytime i run i have to ask myself if I am dreaming". Then you will ask yourself...think a little bit...and then go "Hey, wait a minute! I AM DREAMING!" Just don't get too excited because you might wake yourself up. :/
So... Inception?
Today though, ZIP nadda.
I can remember flying to the grand canyon. Such fun. :smile.gif:
*EDIT* the link isnt porn .-.
Lucid dreams come about... Once a month maybe? I don't try to get them, they just happen sometimes.
unless imgur compresses it, the top one is very high res and you can download/zoomin
Hey!
An escape from the real world I guess, a place to find peace of mind.
