The group of solutions known as aqueous substances contain such nasties as Hydrochloric acid and Mercury. Do to weak governments we are all exposed to dangerous amounts every day and carry a potentially lethal amounts inside are bodies, they're even allowed in processed foodstuffs despite their potential deadliness. All in all this is a bad bunch of compounds and should be heavily controlled or banned or many more people will be exposed to these dangerous substances.
I think you should look up what an aqueous solution is before posting about it. An aqueous solution is just a chemical dissolved in aqua aka water.
Hydrochloric acid is a gas but in labs you use aqueous HCl which is the gas dissolved into a liquid.
Mercury is a liquid element not aqueous.
That orange squash you may or may not have drunk earlier is an aqueous solution. As are pepsi, dr pepper, coca cola and many soft drinks.
there are dangerous aqueous solutions (impossible to have aqueous compound, only solutions) and there are safe ones. But theres dangerous gases liquids and solids aswell.
This is standard GCSE chemistry in britain.
Shh, I know that, I'm testing people's gullibility. Plus I'm just loosely and incorrectly grouping liquids and solutions for the purpose of simplicity.
Anyone who's taken general chemistry knows what an aqueous solution is. Or at very least the word should be familiar and they should know enough to look it up. May as well just make a poll: "Who has passed general chemistry?"
