Yeah, I don't have to do research on food before I eat it.
Also, PETA doesn't **** me off. They just make me want to consume more animals.
But yes like I said earlier, I'm going to go on a vegan diet for 2 weeks and see what happens of me. I have emergency animals on hand for safety reasons.
You won't end up being deficient in anything if you eat enough of the right food whilst a vegan.
If we ever faced a serious global food shortage, everyone would be a vegetarian. If we faced a severe global food shortage, everyone would be a vegan. Having meat as a large part of your diet is very inefficient in terms of area of farmland needed to maintain it. If everyone in the world ate like America eats... it just wouldn't work. Besides efficiency, there are those whose bodies don't accept meat and/or dairy products. And then there are those who are morally or ethically opposed to eating animals or animal byproducts for various reasons. There's really no reason to oppose vegans or vegetarians.

I would expect a marginal improvement in intestinal health due to decreased dairy, a very slight improvement in overall health due to the biotoxins present in factory meat, and a slight decrease in overall energy levels.
And slightly on topic: I could never be a vegan, milk is just too important for me. As to solid food I could actually live without meat though, but not without wheat products. Do vegans actually eat wheat?
You are kidding me, right
Wheat is a plant. What did you think it was?

You're next. How about telling me some of the things you think I should eat during my research?
Depends. I'm not a vegan myself, although my brother is a vegetarian (he's also a weightlifter), and making sure you get enough protein from nuts (and eggs should you choose to not exclude them) and beans would be a good idea, since you don't normally get that from many other non-meat sources.
Actually, if you're going to take that route, think about this. You eat meat, and that meat comes from animals. What did those animals eat while they were alive? Plants, picked by the same "poor immigrants" that picked the plants that I eat. And they had to be alive for several years, and keep munching down those vast quantities of plants for several years. Meaning that even if I went on a huge plant eating spree, I'd still be responsible for the usage of less plants than a meat eater is.
Logic sucks, doesn't it?
Also comes the issue of the "poor immigrants." People tend to have this opinion that vegetarians are somehow, by supporting animal rights, against human rights. Like this lady, saying that vegans like cows and bees more than the immigrants who pick their vegetables. Why can't you support the rights of both people and animals? Why does there have to be a dividing line?

"You're next." Said like you entered an argument and won it, when you've still yet to respond to my other post that addressed everything you asked me as well as what you've just asked him.

Meat eaters being responsible for high plant usage? You just invalidated your entire point.

I am a creator. This makes me infinitely greater and more useful than any war lover.
Hence, the whole research thing. You'd be surprised what they hide in things.

New PETA: People Eat Tasty Animals.
Hmm...I'll condone the slaughter of humans for small periods of time and only on a conditional basis, I suppose.

So in other words, if vegans give us ****, we should suck it up. If we give them ****, we're insecure monsters?
Hmmmmmmm...

While I agree, her makeup looks like that of a harlot.
Maybe she had an allergic reaction, and her cheeks are puffy.
An allergic reaction to semen, that is.

...Hate to say it, but no he didn't. What do you think his point is, anyhow?
