I read novels that are generally realistic-fiction, and I prefer my books with romance as a side aspect, due to me being cheesy and romance-deprived IRL.

I'm always happy just 'cause there isn't a reason to be sad.
Don't take this as there is nothing that could cause sadness. I just mean it's pointless to dwell on it. I mean, depression is so boring.
Wow, so many people here don't read anything serious. Took almost half a page before people stopped saying stuff like "Harry Potter" and finally got to better books.
I read science fiction, mainly. I've read Stranger in a Strange Land, Sphere by Micheal Crichton, Way Station by Clifford Simak, The Gods Themselves by Isaac Asimov, and the entire Hitchhiker's Guide series.
