Anyway, I'd just have a huge list of songs to play at my funeral (Cremation ceremony?), just like my mom wants it at hers. ._.
Beginning of the funeral:
-You Only Live Once (the Strokes)
-Daybreak's Bell (L'arc-en-Ciel)
-Don't Let Me Down (The Beatles :biggrin.gif:)
-Par Les Paupieres (Alizee)
Mid of the funeral:
-Soil (System of a Down)
-Devil's Island (Megadeth)
-Forest (System of a Down)
-I Me Mine (The Beatles)
-Iron Maiden (Iron Maiden)
-Obscure (Dir En Grey)
-PLUCK (System of a Down)
-This Time We Will Not Promise And Forgive (1000 Travels of Jawaharlal)
-Storm/Summer (Vivaldi)
-I Want You [She's So Heavy] (The Beatles)
Ending/Burial/Cremation:
-In My Life (The Beatles)
-All You Need Is Love (The Beatles)
-Moonlight Sonata (Beethoven)
-Let It Be (The Beatles)
-Children [Dream Version] (Robert Miles)
.__.
Started it off with soft songs, the middle part is all loud, anger-filled songs, and the ending songs are also soft, and they all have that "ending" feel to it. Sort of like the coping process when something bad happens, like a person dying.
Chances of this happening- little to none. I could just end up asking to put the first min of each of these instead. >_>. Thankfully I, hopefully, have a loong time before I start worrying over what they'll play at my funeral.
If it does, though, whoever decided to do what I wanted =
I would have September by daughtry, followed by I will follow you in the dark by death cab for cutie, and finally 100 years by five for fighting. They are all rather touching songs, close to my heart.
For me, there is no other song. I would have to start out with some slow, quiet piano number as the people mourn. About a minute, minute and a half into it, this song starts:
Ideally, that would be the point I stand up from inside the casket and start laughing, but if not...I just rick rolled a bunch of people from the grave.

I''m having two funerals.
The first is going to be a fake in about ten or 15 years.I have it all arranged. Car acciden't I died, rather messily so the service has to be closed casket. It'll go through the normal crying and all that, mourning. And then about 5 minutes in to that part where the people come up to the coffin and pay their respects I'm going to burst out of the thing all like "surprise".
At which point the DJ will announce the following "The formerly deceased wish I say these two things: The gae and *never gunna give you up starts playing* " Then we all go out and get wasted and hang out.
Then at my real funeral which will be on a beach, It's going to be bad for everyone that was at the last one cause the whole time they'll have lost the game, and be getting rickrolled. But then The casket will be opened and, I'm not there. Thats when they uncover the funeral pyre. And then a ceremony begins and I'm burnt up, also It'lll be held on a windy night.

I want my funeral to be a party, that song should get them laughing.
That's a great idea. And then your family members can take your corpse out of the casket and take turns bumping your body between each other.
This piece is simply beautiful.

at this point a hydraulic piston pushes me into a sitting position, and this plays.
