It annoys me how girls get treated on games, my girlfriend is a girl gamer and I sorta force her to play PC, since on Xbox all she gets is abuse from the lonely teens, whereas PC plays are more mature.
Guys are just more into video games, it's a scientific fact (yes really, I checked) so female gamers are generally just more open-minded people. Emphasis on the "generally".
On the whole "girl gamers are exploitive thing", I treat both genders the same. If they politely ask for something I politely respond. It just happens to be that girl gamers are... well... seductive to certain groups of men, so they are less afraid to ask because they know the answer will probably be yes. Lol.
I guess you can say I'm a girl gamer...
(although I don't really like using the term "girl gamer" becuase of all the "girl games" and girl gamer stereotypes out there >,<)
I don't know any other girls who play games though, which is a bit sad :/
a few things;
this joke has been made alot of times.
this joke is untrue and misinformed.
If you were saying you just call everyone guys because its easier, then yeah, i follow that too, unless someone specifically says they are female, and even then i still use "mate"

Your friendly neighborhood dragon. Don't be scared, I won't bite!
I am here for you, Don't be afraid to send me a message.
Haha :biggrin.gif: I prefer to play male characters online so that I blend in. If people find out I'm a girl they're like "Will you go out with me?" and stuff like that. I honestly would rather just be referred to as "bro" or "dude". I don't give a damn really.
I do the same myself :smile.gif: It's just easier then having to deal with some of the really bad out there. I always make my friends online call me by character name rather then any sort of nickname, just feels simplier to me :biggrin.gif:

I do not have anything against them. Some of them may be annoying, like "OMG I'M GOING TO SEE A JB SHOW TOMORROW!", but some others may be just like guys who normally plays videogames: Unbeatable in X game.
My friend(which is a girl) is better than me(even with a lower level) on a certain MMORPG. She acts like a girl, But in addition, she plays MMORPG's(Mainly those with cute anime-like characters.).
I've also got another friend, who likes any RPG and totally loves the AC series. She is so awesome.

I own 65 domesticated creepers. PM me "I give you a creeper" to add more. I want to see how much will I have by the end of the year.
Pretty sure his point was.. He was joking?
As in, they're both memes
Oh that I caught. Regardless his original post using said meme read as a sweeping generalization, hence it getting negative remarks. If he wanted to make a post for humor by pointing out said meme, he could have articulated the point a tad better :wink.gif:

It would do her heart good to see this:

[SSSS] 's are awesome.
I totally support the oncomming Aether Mod. Support it too!
You insist on using the memes, but you can't appreciate the rest of that sub-"culture"... Cherry-picking like that does nobody any good.
Agreed. this topic seems to differentiate boys and girl gamers. FATCAT DOES NOT APPROVE :smile.gif:
yeah, that would great. I wish i knew a girl gamer. ):
Broadly generalizing any group of people also does nobody any good.
