I shall be leashing it, and taking it for a walk across someone's crops. If they glassed the top, I shall destroy, and then walk.
By day, innocent Cobblestone manufacturer. By night, malicious pig-walker.
I don't read comics but I have seen the trailer. Honestly, it looks like another "akward guy awkwardly woos a girl" Michael Cera movie.
Awkward guy awkwardy woos a girl while beating the living **** out of everything
The comic is
Awkward guy somehow manages to woo girl, then ends up getting the **** beat out of him most of the time, but ends up winning anyways.

Yes! Scott Pilgrim thread. I personally love the books; I saw the movie opening weekend, and thought it was good (but Micheal Cera failed as Scott). And then I felt bad for not seeing it ten additional times, seeing as it kind of failed at the Box Office, which is too bad. Also, I have not yet read the last book, so I have to get on that. Unfortunately, the local book store was out of it when I went there yesterday (though they don't carry too many comics to begin with).
I just watched the movie tonight. Now, for the first time, I get to be one of those nerds whining that "well yeah it was okay but the comic book was soooo much better..."
To be honest it was pretty good, but there were some important things they cut out or changed. Like (last book spoilers!) how Ramona doesn't go back Gideon in the comic. I thought that was important. The ending was originally about how Ramona faced her demons instead of running away from them like she had in the past. The ending of the movie had her still running, just with Scott running with her, basically.
Also, Scott Pilgrim is a character with multiple flaws. He is awkward, lazy, and kind of a jerk sometimes (including being a heartbreaker type). Michael Cera is only capable of portraying awkward.
Haven't checked out the game yet, sounds interesting.
Undeniably the most epic song I have ever heard in any video game. I really want to beat Scott Pilgrim: The Game, but I don't want to have to go and hook up my Xbox again. They should release it on Steam. :/
Just finished reading all the books for the 2nd time this week. They are awesome. The movie was okay, not as good as the books.
EDIT: Just realized the date of this thread, sorry for necroposting. D:
Do you just scroll back through pages until you find interesting topics? Or did you actively search for this? Because once a thread hits page 4-5, I declare it dead and stop trying to post in it.
I don't mean to come off hostile, by the way. I'm just curious as to why threads get necro'd (mainly when someone admits an honest mistake).

Nah, I googled "scott pilgrim minecraft" in hopes of finding a Scott Pilgrim skin of some sort, and I found this thread. I didn't look at the dates of the posts, though.
It was epic.
