In a recent dream i had me and my best friend (who is a girl) were anthropomorphic cats but only we seemed to notice the change. Even through the entire school day nobody mentioned anything or thought it was strange... We got together after school and discussed the whole situation and decided that it was cool and to just deal with it.
Also my friend looked kinda hot...
This reminds me of a show I watched where that exact thing happned, except the animals turned into people too.
Weird.
I have alot of nightmares dreams about tentacles. Those are my favorite ones.
ANYWAYS
I dreamt I was back in my vacation in Hawaii, sitting in the hotel I stayed at. I go outside, and some seriously dense fog rolls in. I turn around to go back inside, but the hotel wasnt there anymore. In fact, I was at a location on the other side of the island now. I start walking and find snow. Snow on Hawaii. That was my reality check moment. I just continued with the course of the dream, continuing up the small mountain for a vantage point. Then I fell in lava and drowned. Not burned, DROWNED.

I have precognitive dreams. It's usually something either extremely dull, like a scene from a documentary I will watch a week later. My most recent one (last month) was of me using Google Chrome, but I had no idea what the chrome browser looked like at the time. Then I dl'ed Chrome last week and changed the theme, BAM!, looks like my dream.
I had a nightmare last night... I was a Fire Warrior and my squad was going out to make a forward base. But we got ambushed by tyranids and i was the only survivor. I ran back to base but then one of the big bugs started chasing me and when it roared i woke up in a cold sweat. I didn't sleep anymore that night.
I've said this before somewhere, but once in a while I get a spooky dream...
Course, there's more than one.
I'll be walking along with a REEEALLY dark atmosphere, thick as pea soup but black. That kind of non-racist black.
I'll be walking along when it all goes quiet. After a short silence, wind pulls back to behind me, then WOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAA. A loud POWERFUL force encloses me and scares the **** out of me. I wake up with my eyes closed. ;'(

I was listening to some really depressing metal music on a plane, and somehow I fell asleep. In my dream, I was in a sort of dystopian ruined city. The sky and everything was gray. This is a recurring theme in my dreams. When the dream is happy, I am indoors and it is brightly lit. When it is a disturbing or strange dream, the sky and everything is always tinted reddish-orange. When the dream is sad and depressing, everything is gray. Anyway, I noticed a very strange sound echoing through the city. Although it was incredibly distorted and sounded nothing like its original self, I instantly identified it as the music I had been listening to. I then looked down and saw countless people lined up head to toe. Although I saw no blood or other identifiers, I knew they were all dead. I was the only living person around. Somehow, I knew my purpose was to follow the line of bodies. I did, and after walking for a while, I saw a giant building. The building was black, and had a sort of dark aura around it. A certain radius around the building was filled with the bodies of people, with their heads all pointing to the building. I decided to walk towards the building, and as I got closer, I got more and more depressed. I went inside the building, by now depressed beyond all repair, and walked up the stairs. At the top of the building, I decided that the only way to escape the depression was to kill myself. So I did, by jumping off. When I hit the ground, I woke up. And I was pretty damn depressed. In fact, I was so saddened that I had an actual, physical pain in my chest. Creepy ****.
I think I'm suffering from sleep paralysis. Weird **** has been happening to me lately in that weird stage between dreaming and resting. This one time I swore something came down off my ceiling and hit me in the face. I was so freaked out I ran out of my room and woke up my parents. But nothing was in my bed when I returned to my room. Last night I keep dreaming that weird things were right in front of my face and I would wake up and really vigorously grab at what ever was there even though it was nothing. I shocked myself because of how violently I grabbed at whatever it was.
Rockmael, it sounds like you're having a bit of an anxiety attack during sleep, or you have a hereditary disorder.
Just remember, it's impossible that it is ghosts or paranormal or whatever doing it. They say that the most common experiences for sleep paralysis are staying unable to move, and weird experiences. I think the explanation for that is extreme panic causing hallucinations. In short, Your neurons are misfiring something FIERCE.

I have a few dreams from my dream journal I'd like to share. Here's one for starters:
I dreamt of a certain genre of movie where people get stuck in a town and try to get out, but some creatures are there to kill them. I was actually living one of those movies in which I had to get out of a town of vampire creatures. It first, there was one vampire who we were with, I think it was a woman, who thought we were vampires that were going to kill the townspeople (I guess they weren't vampires or something)
Later I got out, jumped over a fence, I think I was with my sisters and my dad, maybe. We got in a plane somehow and flew it, but my dad talked about how certain people (I think it was the military) dreamed of going to the Washington memorial (or some other memorial, I can't remember what it was called.) We ended up landing the plane in front of that memorial.
Later I ended up flying in another plane somehow, and my dad said "You know what god looks like? That." Then he pointed at me. I think he was trying to make a point of why god doesn't exist or something, but it doesn't really make sense. We ended up landing the plane in water, on the coast of a beach, and there were alot of people there. Somehow, we were able to go through all of the people on the beach, and make it to the shore, all the while I ended up talking to a girl, I think she was in the town with us, she might have been the vampire, a vampire, or just a normal girl. I don't know.
It's hard to explain what I was experiencing, but that was the best I could do. I type these up on my computer as soon as I wake up.
Also, I think Rockmael has a bad case of lucid dreams. I think they are cool, but when you have creepy **** like that happen, it really sucks. I usually dream lucidly, and I like it.
I had a dream where my mattress came to life, and had like a face and female parts on it. Sleeping became very awkward as it wanted me to repay it for all the times I layed on it.
Eventually, I ended up ****ing my mattress.

I had a dream like that once. It ended with me getting sucked in, and I woke up inder the bed.
Not necessarily. I'm already almost 16, and I've been through puberty, thoroughly. I haven't had one wetdream.
Sorry to bring that up.
Also, Cliff, did you seriously **** your mattress? Good, at least I'm not alone.

You know, if you lay off that kind of kinkyness, you'll have those kinds of dreams...
I had a really weird one last night. I was link, and I had hacked my way to a boss battle that didn't even exsist agains some kind of massive ice turtle or something, and there were (for some impossable reason) girls hanging from ropes around the room. As soon as I started fighting, I realized that I needed the mirror shield to kill it, but I had hacked past that part or something and didn't have it. I somehow (can't remember) excaped with the girls and things go weird. The last thing I remember is me and one of the girls (looks at thread title) oh wait nevermind.
Had this one freaky nightmare recently. It started off as me playing a game. It was a sandboxish point and click puzzle adventure style thingy with incredibly outdated graphics set in a desert with all those magical trap-filled dungeons you'd expect in a big ancient desert, except people lived in the dungeons.
I was in a weird temple thing, I think it was dawn or dusk or something like that, I solved a simple puzzle, which opened the way forwards. It also opened a cage with an enemy inside.
This enemy was what made this "dream" a "nightmare". It was a completely black silhouette, with a head, neck, no real torso, and four small tentacles with tiny hooks on the end. The only thing not in silhouette was it's eye, which was big catlike, red, and took up it's entire head. This freaky tentacle eye staring monster thingy started very slowly moving towards me while it's tentacles flailed beneath it with terrible outdated but freaky as hell animation.
I ran out of the palace thingy, and instead of leading out into a desert, it lead into a maze made of shadowy shapes with more of the eyeball hook tentacle monsters. I ran through the maze, trying to get out, but I got caught. Instead of giving me a "game over" screen like a real game, the dream game decided to mess with me.
So it showed a cutscene, where my character is surrounded by the monsters, while the background becomes completely red without any detail for no apparant reason. He screams at them, without any voice acting, just text; "What are you? Look at your form! You have no form!" the monsters calmly repeat "Look at your form. You have no form." with voice acting. Incredibly creepy voice acting. As in, if you heard the voice, it would be completely impossible to tell if it's one person, or many people, or an old person, or a young person, or a man or a woman, and even if you could, they spoke with absolutely no emotion... Oh and then the character within the game turned into one. The game over screen finally appeared. Which just happened to be GAME OVER in black on a dark red background, while more of the monsters stare at you from beneath the screen.
If I remember correctly, they began attacking me. As in the real me. As in they climbed out of the game still repeating "Look at your form. You have no form." I think that was the point I woke up.
It didn't help that I woke up to find that a bunch of clothes hanging on my door happened to form, not only a perfect silhouette of the monsters, but what appeared to be an even freakier redesign of the monsters, with a more angular head and larger hooks.
My brain enjoys creating fear, apparantly.
Y'know I've never dreamed of playing a video game. I think that might be a good thing, but whatever...
I like your dream though. It would be creepy as ****.
Sorry for the double post, but I just had a dream about a videogame. It was Minecraft actually.
In my dream, a lot of people got into SMP, and it eventually became a virtual reality game, but you would walk around the actual world. I don't really know how it worked, I just remembered everyone was wearing yellow. I don't see how it had anything to do with Minecraft either, it just did.
