What's wrong with anime?
Did you know that a flashlight is a laser shotgun? Pretty cool, huh?

If the world was flat, how deep would it be?
Dammit, I want this to be good. But the warning lights have all sprung up that this will be rather overhyped crap.
I like Avatar, and the first teaser seemed interesting.
Then I found out that M. Night Shyamalan would be the director.
Then I found out that the cast would be entirely Caucasians.
Then I noticed that they would have no time to make the usual hero defeats the big bad thanks to the length of the plot that would be necessary to not **** us all off. Thus it would REQUIRE a sequel.
Again, I want this to be good. But the signs are just pointing to another movie trying too hard to fit the usual Hollywood epic and thus fails, both in pleasing the fanbase and being appealing to non-fans.
Still, at least it is Shyamalan instead of Cameron.

No, let me correct you here. All the Water Tribe and Earth Kingdom-- the Inuit and Chinese-- are caucasian. The Fire Nation-- the very pale Japanese-- are all Indian.

wwwhhhaaaaaat.
And I'm sure Aang(A Tibetan kid) is white as well.
Really guys? Did you only have Indian people available? I don't doubt in an alternate world the Fire Nation could be Indian and it could have been pulled off well, but not here.
And while I'm getting the feeling the director choose Indian because he can make his cameo like always, for gods sake be somebody from the Earth Kingdom or something. I could imagine them including Indians. Not this crap.
Also, thanks for picking that out and making my rage at this come back. I'll be sure to burn them on many major comments sections of major sites to show them what-for!

at least its not going to be made by indians. Imagine Avatar: The last airbender as a B-quality Bollywood movie.
What do you guys think? Oh, and Appa's at the top-left corner 10 seconds in.
