Alright, it be about time we got down to discussing what we feel are some nasty looking fonts. Of course we have the easy target, Comic Sans, which I believe doesn't lend itself to actual comics even. Personally I also loathe Tahoma, it's a rather strange and bothering one I find. But enough me, what do you think?
I'm not a big fan of Times New Roman, actually. You see it everywhere, and I think if you're looking for a nice serif font, then Georgia is a pretty good choice, although the numbers (0123456789) don't appeal to me.

Papyrus in red is the best font if you are a edgy kid trying to write a creepypasta about a Sonic plushie that jumps out of the computer screen. See, isn't this just annoying and unbearable to look at? Fortunately for us, this font isn't easily accessible in the Font Family menu. Unfortunately, you can still type it in via BBCode.

I laughed at that.
But the meme font here is so annoying. And this is always bold, do you not know how to use bold?

I kinda like TNR, mainly because I was forced to use it for MLA assignments (size 12 TNR, doubled space, etc) where incorrect format will result in a zero.

I have to use it for most of my school assignments and I've just started disliking it.
As a mobile user, almost all of the text on this page is in the standard font. If I were bad at reading I may even assume you all just hate citricsquid's choices.
No standard font is fine, there are just more fonts i'd rather use than times new roman.
I find it incredibly annoying when people use brightly coloured &/or oversized text. When someone types like this, I'll usually just skip over their post entirely.
(edit, my computer is valiantly trying to oppose the giant, bright magenta text & I'm tired of editing this post over & over, if it doesn't show up this time, just assume I wrote this hideously)

Ubuntu fonts are hideous.
The cake is a lie!
I don't hate it, but I don't understand the point.
I am a friend of all Snow Golem kind.
That's the Greek alphabet.

(Those say Anything like this)
I just find them really annoying and people use them in usernames all the time...
I hate this one. If you want to use bold text, click the bold text button. >IMPACT<
Also not a fan of this one either, because if you want to write like a trippy robot use "terminal." >COURIER NEW<
There is a special place in hell for anybody who uses thin or ultrathin versions of fonts for text that is less than 16pt
Times New Roman. (Only good for titles)
I laughed at that.

Times New Roman, it's just overused and boring.

I don't prefer any font at all. It's just a font. However, I like my sentences to be one font.

I just don't like bold fonts.
I mean, look at that!
This is bolded bold impact font. Bold-ception.
