this is an actual fact: the sun grows for a reason i have forgot. but when the sun grows big enough, the world will become too hot and the water will dry out, the living beings on the planet will die of heat, and the sun will eventually engulf the earth. that is a fact. however, the sun will not do that for atleast a couple million years.
I can help you out, the sun isn't constantly growing but eventually in a couple billion years it will run out of hydrogen to use in nuclear fusion and it will start to burn helium. This change will change the pressure ofthe star and cause the outer layer of the star to grow significantly which would cause the Earth (along with Mercury, Venus, Mars, and maybe Jupiter) to be swallowed up.

Humans become so advanced that they colonize the universe. The exponential rate of human population growth becomes higher and higher. Resources are running low. An intergalactic war ensues. Due to the technological nature of the advanced humans. They destroy themselves and the universe around them. Leaving nothing behind.

With how big the universe is, it is impossible, no matter how long it takes are how advanced we are, to destroy it.
A rogue planet could enter the solar system. It could also interfere with our orbit, resulting in the Earth being hurled into deep space, which in turn, will kill all life on the planet (unless we've developed far better cryogenic technology that would allow us to wait out the many years until we reach a stable orbit in a new solar system).
Space is so immensely vast and pretty empty that the chances of a rogue planet interfering with our solar system is so extremely improbable that it will most likely never happen in our sun's couple billion years left of life and then us finding another solar system after being thrown out of our old one would also be extremely improbable along with getting an orbit that would allow life to survive on the surface it would never happen

If the earth was ever thrown out of its orbit won't we have a some sort of safe place to go? or will we have a fair warning time where we can get to geothermal vents or something? or we could go underground.
It's nearly impossible for the Earth to be thrown out of it's own orbit. The Sun's gravity is strong enough to resolute 8 planets around it. If the Earth was to ever go out of orbit, it would have to do with the Sun's disappearance (which is highly unlikely, especially if the Sun would turn into a Red Giant). I'm not sure what would happen if we were to ever go out of orbit. But VSauce explains this phenomenon to if the Sun were to mysteriously disappear, and how life on Earth would turn out during it. I suggest you see the video below, it's a very interesting topic.

What do you mean it's nearly impossible? Due to n-body physics, you could throw Earth out of its orbit, given a large-enough body passes near Earth. VERY UNLIKELY is the case.

How is that different to whats going on in the world right now??
The world will end with a huge explosion...........BANG.
