To day while I was out and about, there was a bird show. this made me think about James Patterson's series "Maximum Ride" It was a great series, but one question came in mind. "Is is genetically possible to re-create a human-avian hybrid as seen from James Patterson's Maximum Ride?" I mean no one has tried so technically no one knows. but maybe there's a genetic's scientist out there on the minecraft forums who can let me know. so let me know.
Even modern science isn't that fantastic yet. As of now, hybrids can only be made between similar species, such as horses, donkeys, and zebras being able to make offspring among themselves. A human-chimp hybrid is theoretically possible, but a human and a bird seem a bit too unlike each other to be able to splice the genes together any time soon, let alone right now. Also, even when we do manage to make hybrids, they often can not breed and have health complications, so while this doesn't mean that hybrids are impossible, there is always also the ethical implications of creating such animals.
I'm pretty sure it won't work, I don't think the uh...white stuff from the other animal will be compatible with the human body, and if it is...good god it wouldn't look pretty.

Humans are far too heavy to fly with any reasonable sized wing- the wandering albatross for example has ~3m wings (~10 feet) despite only weighing ~10 kg (22 lb). Consider an average healthy male is about 70 kg or so (~155 lb), and imaging how huge the wings would have to be to account for that- also consider the fact the wings themselves would weigh a lot and the ridiculous amount of muscle the person would need to flap those gigantic wings would also add probably another 30 kgs, combined with our non-aerodynamic shape.
The only possibly way would be for the wings to actually replace the arms and hollow out our bones like birds have then develop ridiculously strong chest muscles to flap them fast enough. The amount of energy expended doing this would not be worth the effort hence why there are no flying mammals other than small bats and the like.
It's not really physically impossible sadly, though with enough genetic engineering and the like I'm sure you could grow wings on people's backs to a certain extent but they would be entirely useless and it would take possibly thousands of generations of lab rat people to get there. Probably not considered a 'moral' thing to do...

Pretty sure you don't have to belittle sperm cells by calling them white stuff.
