I'd say the bottom one, definitely. That gray in the top one is so drab and the bottom one is cuter anyways.
thank you for speaking up really appreciated! although the top one, I would paint the top cover the same cover of the car... plus it has a turbo... lol... I would buy either car... they are both so nice XC
Alfas are notoriously unreliable and expensive to fix, especially the earlier models. I'd take German reliability (not that Porche's are considered top of the reliability range) over Italian flair, given they seem pretty similar in specs etc.
No expert on cars though, just buy what you want more.
Lol my 98 non-turbo Eclipse can go 110. I was expecting something much faster for Porsche.
Well, the Porsche is 40 years old and your Eclipse is only 16 years old. I doubt either the Porsche or the Alfa can even go that fast anymore, or if they could, it would be enough to rattle your bones. Things wear out when they get old. I've got a 30 year old Pontiac Fiero and it shivers when it's going highway speeds.
Every time I saw someone say "porche" in this thread it cracked me up. I'm just picturing the deck on the side of a house, "porch". If you say it correctly, it's easier to spell. Porsche.. por-shah
Combine that with the "porch" and you've reminded me of a great "blonde joke":
A blonde, wanting to earn some money, decided to hire herself out as a handyman-type and started canvassing a wealthy neighborhood.
She went to the front door of the first house and asked the owner if he had any jobs for her to do.
"Well, you can paint my porch. How much will you charge?"
The blonde said, "How about 50 dollars?" The man agreed and told her that the paint and ladders that she might need were in the garage.
The man's wife, inside the house, heard the conversation and said to her husband, "Does she realize that the porch goes all the way around the house?"
The man replied, "She should. She was standing on the porch."
A short time later, the blonde came to the door to collect her money.
"You're finished already?" he asked. "Yes," the blonde answered, "and I had paint left over, so I gave it two coats."
Impressed, the man reached in his pocket for the $50. "And by the way," the blonde added, "that's not a Porch, it's a Ferrari."
They both look to be in pretty good condition but just make sure you know what you're getting into. Old cars are never going to be as reliable as a newer car. I've broken down so many times with my 30 year old car even though it's in pretty good condition for its age.

the cars were meant to last a very long time. they each only have over 40,000 miles. Great condition. they are nowhere near falling apart or having issues.
Porsche 914
Alfa Romero Graduate Spyder
Which one do you guys look better... I can not choose! XC
and the alfa romeo looks too much like a porche.
you want people saying nice porche, when it is a porche!
After a slumber of No PC at all, I have finally returned. Expect the unexpected folks.

BOOM they're both yours
After a slumber of No PC at all, I have finally returned. Expect the unexpected folks.
Up to you.
Now that I think about it, I'd just go with the cheaper one since both look okay.
ya both are nice
