I'd like to point out that Infestation: Survivor Stories is simply WarZ. They changed the name due to the amount of notoriety the game got.
You'd be better off burning your money than buying that crap. It would probably be more fun and you won't be giving money to greedy scammers.
This, bought it before it came to steam, I never felt so unsatisfied and ripped off by a game before. Even though you have to pay before you play it (Full price rate at that), there is still a market place that requires real money. And even if you say that it is not pay to win, the fact that you can use it to buy a specific kind of ammo for you gun, even the all-powerful KOS sniper rifle, that is relatively hard to find indicates otherwise.
The dead linger and state of decay is a much better, much more fulfilling alternative. however, as with all early access games, don't buy Dayz or The dead linger unless you are willing to take the risk and be patient with the development cycle, no matter how long or bleak if it may seem.
And a little note on The dead linger development:
The developers are focusing on creating the world and core mechanics first, and after that the fun game play and all that good stuff.
There is this game call 7 days to die. It is a realistic zombie crafting game. Not fun, but, Zombies.

"You don't get to be in charge of a group dedicated to taking down titans, by fleeing from the targets. You get them by staining your best pair of pants and killing. The only problem I have is, The stains aren't blood."
Project Zomboid looks fantastic. I'd love to play that myself.
Can't you mod the sims to have zombies in there? I think they released an expansion pack a while ago with all sorts of fairy creatures in it. I guess that doesn't really count, though, since you can't die. =P
Not sure if it counts as a zombie game, but it does have zombies (but they will be removing it).
"Rust" So far I have been having blast Nice community, so far I've only ran into one 'bandit' .

I have a special ability to change colors, I can change into just about any Color.
I got this special ability from eating a Grand Star.
Because you can eat, drink, and sleep in all of those games. They are practically exactly like DayZ.
Interesting game
