I got three that have yet to be mentioned.
1. Gotcha Borgs (gamecube)
2. Recettear (steam)
3. Runefactory (ds)
All amazing, and if anyone has yet to play Psychonauts that's a a gamer sin.
Okamiden for the DS, good graphics and gameplay kind of like the TLoZ, certaily something to check out.
And all the Mother(EarthBound) games(NES, SNES, GBA), even though only the second games was released in english you can still get an emulator*, roms* and english patches for the other two.
*NOTE ROMS AND EMULATORS ARE ILLIGAL DUE TO COPYRIGHTS, USE AT OWN RISK, but nobody realy cares if you use them.
I forget the title, but it involved ninjas going to this volcano to save something. It's so bland.
I remember it was made by Konami, and was on the N64.
(I was only 4 when I played this game, I never really read the title of it.)

I think you mean Gotcha Force for the Gamecube (Gotcha Borgs are the robots). That was a really fun one that I don't think a lot of people know of.
How about Evolution: World of Sacred Device and Evolution 2 for Dreamcast. A couple of nice turn-based RPGs but I don't think they were very popular.
The Mega Man franchise, Earthbound, Rocket Slime, and Elite Beat Agents. Rocket Slime was so fun, fighting in tanks, just hoping the 2nd one(3rd in Japan) makes it out of Japan.
JUST CAUSE 2.Seriously,it's so underrated :ohmy.gif:
I know,it's somewhat well known,but it's underrated.
And Toribash.I'd post that if it wasn't already posted.
I love Just Cause 2! Sadly it keeps crashing in like 15 minutes of gameplay on my computer now. :sad.gif:
I hear they are making a third! Should be epic.
Canis Canem Edit. Oh, and why does everyone act like having a PS1 is a big deal? There is 1 PS1, 2 PS2s and 2 PS3s in my household, and I just kind of grew up on PlayStation. Is it meant to be up there with the "old school" consoles or what?
Shin Megami Tensei. It's like pokemon except that instead of throwing balls at animals you negotiate with demons to get them to join you. Oh, and these games came out about 4 years before pokemon.

BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
I'll just leave this here...
Last Chaos?
I can't believe someone else plays that. It's FREAKING AWESOME! A bit limited in some ways, though.
Ah, the hours wasted on this game, i don't think it's well known.
Its a fps, rts hybrid, its just freaking amazing

That's exactly what I meant.

Oldest game consoles I own are the SNES and N64 though.
Awesome underrated game in my honest opinion is Donkey Kong 64. no one talks about it.... ever.
Like anime? Try Visual Novels.
