I used to play this game a lot when I was a kid. A RPG with dialogue in speak bubbles, awesome/cheesy stories and a turn based battle system. Oh, and lots of jokes.
Robot Alchemic Drive, a 4th person* giant robot fighting game for the PS2 with a unique control scheme, destructible environments, and wonderfully cheesy dialogue.
Armed with a bow and one arrow and the abillity to roll, destroy everyone. No enemies, just bosses that are many times stronger then you. This is not a game to rush, this is a game to master. Nevermind, not unnoticed whatsoever.
Age of Mythology is a bird's eye view strategy game based on times and places of certain civilizations that had certain gods. It's like Civilization, but not. It has its own story that follows a few main characters through several different places in the world to chase after this jerk cyclops. Played it all the time when I was younger. And its expansion. Plus, the company that made it is making a new one. Which is cool.
Not extremely obscure, but I barely hear about it. Probably because it's so old.
You could argue against this, but Super Mario 63. Mostly just because it's a flash game, but it was one of my favorite games when I was younger before I had stuff like Steam. Polyball (like super marble ball) is also quite fun.
SWAT 4 - Play as a SWAT team leader doing raids, hostage rescue, shootouts, use a bunch of crazy tools to breach into places, scream at people to get down, shoot them in the leg or the face, pepper spray, taze, paintball, etc. Super fun and stressful at the same time.

And who are you, the proud lord said, that I must bow so low?
Only a cat of a different coat, that's all the truth I know.
In a coat of gold or a coat of red, a lion still has claws,
And mine are long and sharp, my lord, as long and sharp as yours.
And so he spoke, and so he spoke, that lord of Castamere,
But now the rains weep o'er his hall, with no one there to hear.
Yes now the rains weep o'er his hall, and not a soul to hear.

I'm pretty sure I was given the disk to this a really long time ago, (we still had vista on our main PC) it might have been a different SWAT game but I never got around to playing it.

I think it's partly because that game is hard to find at a reasonable price nowadays.
If you have a game that is relatively unnoticed - post the name and your description here.
Please tell me if this already exists.
I'll start:
Dragonfable

As human beings, we can teach, invent and discover, but if we can't do any of that we can at the very least be honest.

Brute Force back on the original Xbox, man I would kill for a remaster of that amazing game.
I'm kind of stretching the "unnoticed" part, but I feel this game deserves more then it gets.Titan SoulsArmed with a bow and one arrow and the abillity to roll, destroy everyone. You're right. I should be more careful.

You can just call me Canary.
How not to look like a total fool in the forum games
Eh, I wouldn't call Age of Mythology unnoticed. It has a substantial fan base, though perhaps not as large as the Age of Empires fan base.
MediEvil, a PS1 game, that goes unnoticed nowadays.
I love that game to bits.

I'm sure Nekopara gats a lot of 'notice'
From the wrong people (if you know what I mean ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) )
I Spy haunted mansion. The game for PC is a ****ing masterpiece and people just don't know about it.

Noticed in a good way. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
