Noxi heard a voice "Kkschh" "Hello, is anyone there?" "Kkschh"
She calmly walked over to it, blinking a few times before picking it up and pressing the Speak button "Yes, I'm here, but not without weapons if you intend to attack, Over"

"Elysia had somehow managed to engage the creatures in a mass tournament of Tic Tac Toe. "
Maya screams as the mad grabs her arms. "Let go of me!"s she yells. She drops the crowbar and tightens her grip on the keys. The man slams Maya up against the jeep. "Sweetheart, just give me the keys. I don't want to hurt that pretty face of ours." said the man. Maya continues to fight but the man once again slams her against the jeep. This time he lets go and Maya falls to the ground.
Jon, Seeing the man attacking Maya, Jon calls out to him. -"H-Hey let her go, now!" Jon calls out. The man drops Maya & turns to Jon, raising his gun to him. Jon has his gun already raised, the man looks to Jon, he is intent on getting the jeep. -"Just walk away man." The man says. -"Nobody's gotta get hurt." -"No, you go, I'm not leaving." Jon responds aggressively. The man eyes Jon's gun, the tension rises as Jon's finger traces the trigger. Slowly, Jon inches closer, the pain in his left leg surmounts. -"Lower your gun!" Jon says slowly behind gritted teeth. The man aims down to Maya. -"Come any closer & I'll shoot her!" The man yells back to Jon. Jon is forced to choose between saving Maya or walking away. She was just some girl, he didn't know her, she didn't know him. Making a quick decision, Jon pulls the trigger.
(( Kakeli, I really like how you set up a CB radio and contacted a walkie close to the others o: It was a pretty unique way of interacting with the others. ))
(( Oh and. I'm frozen I guess until Jeff does something. ))
Alai nearly fell out of his chair, drilled with excitement. "I would never!" Alai exclaimed. "You are the first voice I've heard belonging to a sentient being in a long time!" he said with delight once more. An actual person, what a delight. "Are there more of you? Oh, and cut the 'over' thing, I think we are capable of speaking like regular people and not soldiers."
Noxi didn't react, "There is a girl, who is not bad with a butcher knife, and a man, who has sprained his leg and is sleeping, we've fixed it though, we're in an alleyway to the southeast right next to Madison Square Gardens..." she mumbled into the transceiver. "Bring supplies and come find us, if you really wish it... Over"

"Elysia had somehow managed to engage the creatures in a mass tournament of Tic Tac Toe. "
Maya looks at Jon as he fires his gun. The man drops to the ground dead. Maya gets up and races over to Jon. She immediately hugs him, "Thank you" she looks down at his leg. "When need to get you to a safe place." she said. Maya helps Jon into the jeep, then races to the driver side and gets in. She starts up the jeep,"Well looks like I have a half a tank of gas. Hopefully that can get us to a safe place." Maya puts the jeep and drive and begins down the road.
There was no way Alai was leaving that house, however he would be happy to take all of them in, as he most certainly did have enough supplies and space. He told this to the woman. "I can also direct you to the house, seeing as to how I have you on a map. Well, not you, but the radio in your hand," he told her. "Just keep the radio and I will be able to tell you exactly where you are going, and from what I see, there are quiet a few other radios closing in on you guys, so you might wanna hurry here." Alai said over the radio. "Interested?"
Noxi cursed, "Oh damnit..."
She threw Alex over her shoulder and grunted, damn that wasn't a good idea... he weighed a lot... but nonetheless, she thrusted her knapsack and it's contents into Electra's hand and they took off running "Alright, where am I going, person?"

Alai saw the group of three coming over the horizon from his balcony. "Okay, listen," he commanded her. "There are about twenty zombies around my gate, and I will take them out, but the noise will attract others, so as soon as you see the last zombie hit the ground, I want you to run as quickly as possible towards the gate which I will have open, or else there will be a huge cluster," he said.
((I have to go for the night, so you're kinda frozen, so just talk with the group or something.))
Jon,
Guilt swelled up immediately after killing the man. Though he knew it was necessary, he still felt bad. He had practically murdered the man. Before Jon & Maya left in the jeep, Jon had taken the small Glock from the man & picked up the supplies he'd dropped, though the wounded looter had stolen most of the supplies. Sitting in the jeep, Jon inspects the wound, the med-kit that had been left was taken from the box. Jon quickly opens it, pulling out a small bag that contained antibiotic wipes. Taking a wipe out from the package, Jon roles up his left pant leg where a gaping wound was exposed. Blood slowly pumped out of the wound. Jon squeezes & and flexes his left calf to prevent bleeding. Cleaning the wound with the wipes, Jon grunts at the stinging in his leg.
((Sorry, I guess I can't read XD......also goodnight I have work in the morning. Feel free to control Maya))
"Do you want some help?" asked Maya. She turns her attention back to the road. "Do you know how far away the bridge is? Hopefully the jeep can make it that far. If not we'll have to find a place and barricade ourselves in until you heal up." she said.
Jon,
Maya's voice is sweet & calm, Jon can't help but think about her. The pain in his leg is stain evident, though somewhat toned down. Jon was lucky that he didn't go into shock, maybe it was the adrenaline that kept him going, but at that moment, he felt fatigued, he needed rest.
-"No, just keep driving, thank's though." Jon responds.
Maya nods & continues to look forward before turning back to Jon.
-"I-I don't know how far away the bridge is, but if we keep heading north, we're bound to find...something, if anything, hopefully." Jon responds.
Maya again nods in response.
-"How's your leg?" She asks.
-"I-It's feeling a little better, but still hurts."
Jon was still shocked that he'd been shot, he didn't really have time to acknowledge it, but now that he was alone with his thoughts, he couldn't stop thinking about it. The way that man just shot another human being, what kind of anger would you have to possess to do that. But maybe he was desperate, maybe he'd been through more than Jon had. Had his own supplies stolen & was just trying to survive. The world was definitely alot different than what it was just mere days ago. Jon had killed his brother, never had there been a time, besides when his parents divorced, that he cried so much. He just couldn't bare to think of how he had killed his own brother, the guy he grew up with since he was born. Jon remembers all the good things about Greg, & sometimes he remembered the bad things. It was all overwhelming, it was best to just forget about it for the time being, morn him later. The dead were rising & there was no time to stop & think. Though it wasn't the first time Jon had got sidetracked by the thought of his family. He occasionally thought about his parents, he wondered if they were still alive. Just the thought made him unbalanced, knowing that there was nothing for him to do, he had no way to save them. During the initial outbreak, Jon & Greg desperately called them, but all the calls were dropped. The power went out on the second day, & along with that, there was practically no way to contact them.
Applying pressure to the wound, a sudden jolt of pain rushed through his leg.
-"Fuuuuu-" Jon nearly says under his breath as he eases his pressure on the wound.
Maya looks down to his leg, small amounts of blood run down Jon's leg as he attempts to stop the bleeding.
-"D-Do you have a first aid kit?" Jon asks hurriedly.
-"It should be in the glove box, are you okay?" She responds.
-"Y-Yeah, just need to stop the bleeding." Jon says, opening the glove box & searching through, finding health items & information regarding the jeep. Upon finding the white med-kit, Jon hurriedly closes the glove box & opens the med-kit. A sowing kit, bandages, antibiotics, & a wrapping cloth reside in the kit. Jon sighs in relief as he pulls out the small tube of antibiotics, applying it to the wound after wiping his hands clean to prevent infection. The slightest touch burns, but Jon deals with it & whimpers as he applies the antibiotics. After applying it, he lowers his left pant leg, levels his leg a little & begins to wrap the cloth around his leg where the wound was.
-"You some kind of doctor? Nurse?" Maya asks, looking over to Jon.
-"No, just had some medical training." Jon responds as he finishes the wrapping.
The leg was now treated & compressed, though he would walk with a limp for atleast half a week if that. Once they found somewhere safe to rest, Jon would have to sow up the wound to prevent further infection, reapply antibiotics & wrap it up again. Though it was a hassle & somewhat painful, it was better than having the leg removed.
Looking over to Maya who steadily coursed the jeep through the somewhat abandoned streets of Brooklyn, the two occasionally talk, sharing either stories regarding the outbreak or about their lives before all of this. The jeeps tank is nearly empty, but the two pay little attention to it, still talking.
(( I'll probably still be awake for the next couple of hours, if anyone else is still active. Waiting on Jeff from you, Falloutnuke =P I'll repost my last character response. ))
Dexter raises an eyebrow, picking up on the slightly obvious annoyance toned into Jeff's voice and a small frown creases Dex's lips as a result. The frown is quickly shrugged off however, and his eyes glance over to his pack distractedly. Dex begins to feel a wave of indecisiveness and uneasiness wash over his mind and he hesitates to make a response. Not sure whether to mutter an affirmative of some sort to what Jeff, as far as Dex can assume, intends to do about the survivors; or attempt to protest about them as if it doesn't matter, and concerning them is a waste of time. Jeff's sharp annoyance in Dex's last interaction after being deep in thought left him uneasy to question Jeff, or his authority over the group. After all, Jeff was the reason Dex was relaxing by a fire with normal people, plenty of food, water, and in a fairly fortified shelter on top of the roof - Untouchable to anything that couldn't tell the difference between an open pathway and a wall. Or barricade, whatever.
Eventually Dexter let's out a hesitant sigh, and decides against saying anything at all. He simply nods to Jeff, and his hand slides very reluctantly to the strap of his backpack; but, he doesn't get up and sling it over his shoulder, and instead locks his gaze onto Jeff's as if needing another command or something. Hannah and Jim's presence sets him off at an unease as well as they sit there in silence, watching the two interact uncomfortably.
She calmly walked over to it, blinking a few times before picking it up and pressing the Speak button "Yes, I'm here, but not without weapons if you intend to attack, Over"
