Tynebris is alerted by Caedar's reaction and cautiously looks around to see if that breeze was caused by something dangerous. Since he rarely feels the wind, because he is mainly on low ground, he starts to growl in hope to intimidate the wind. Though he calms down quite fast due to no second wind passes. As he calmed down he looks back up to Caedar and hisses in a more friendly tone than the last time he hissed at Caedar.
The Tritor beast stopped pursuing Anna's scent, smelling something else that is nearer and possibly just as satisfying. Turning, it begins stomping in the direction of Scolan, the scouts that are the same species, and any other creature that is nearby.

I lead the lizard to the clan. We're moving again soon. I nibble another berry. I look back at the small lizard, who is keeping to himself, in the presence of many larger than he his. I look at the bulk of the clan, we're moving. With my tail, I point to a mother carrying a newborn on her back, then to another letting a small Skirenn climb up her tail onto her back. I point to my back with my tail, and lay it on the ground. With my hand I point to my back again, then to the clan, who are starting to leave.

All Zaxon was able to hear were the eerie chittering cries of lost and confused Mantisects, trying to find one another. The Tritor beasts had attacked his colony recently, and the Mantisects had scattered far and wide. Nearby was a body of a Tritor beast, surrounded by crushed mantisect corpses. Apparently the Tritor had taken on a few to many at a time. Most of the tritors had retreated to feast on their kills, but one had fled deeper into the forest. Lost and hungry, and his primitive brain not thinking things through very well, he decided to follow the tracks of the rouge tritor to hopefully scavenge off of some of its kills. Antenna waving, he set off in the direction of the beast.
The Large Lizard gestures to his back, wanting me to climb onto it. I was not quite sure why it was so nice, but I didn't question. I climbed on but fell off several times, finally keeping my balance with my claws slightly digging into its back.

The lizard digs it's claws into my back, but I barely feel it because of a Skirenn's thick scales. It nearly falls off a few times, so I brace it with my tail. I travel with the pack as we move through the undergrowth. We reach a river, and stop. This must be our new area. I pat the ground with my tail. The lizard gets off. I walk to the river and try to grab a fish. I give up after a while, and instead get a handful berries from a nearby bush and put it near the lizard. I nudge one towards him, then take a few to some of the other Skirenn.

We stop at a river where we get our bearings. I follow the lizard that took care of me and it gives me more of the sphere-like meat. I eat them and chirp lightly. I then look up to see it has left. I really don't feel comfortable without him so I just back away into a nearby bush.

I get back to where the lizard was. Was. I look around for him, thinking the options. Would he be in the river? No, it's too deep. To another Skirenn, no, I can't see him anywhere. So I look in a few bushes, and find him. I gesture for him to come out. I remember that he's smaller than nearly everyone here, save for some newborns. I give him another berry, he looks hungry. I look back, and night is falling.

Shortly after Tynebris hissed he starts to climb high up on the tree. Slowly but succesfully, and without any slipping around while moving, he manages to climb to the highest spot from the tree. He enjoys the view, even though it isn't too clear for him, from his new position. He then proceeds with looking around to see how efficient a higher place is to spot small animals.

Caedar imitates Tynebris' hiss to the best of his ability and practices it for awhile. He then noticed Tynebris climbing away and began following him. This time, instead of chirping, he pronounces "Caedar" out loud, hoping that the lizard would understand him.

While looking around Tynebris suddenly hears some a word and looks at Caedar. However the lizard couldn't recall the words that the bird said and hisses in a calm tone hoping that Caedar will repeat his words. Tynebris decides, seeing that Caedar and Tynebris are friendly towards each other, to introduce himself too. He hisses his name "Tynebris".

((IC post no. 7))
I gesture for the lizard to follow me. Night is falling and I'm getting tired. So in a cluster of other Skirenn, I lie down. I pat the ground next to me. The temperature drops by quite a lot at night, and tomorrow we're going hunting and gathering. Long day ahead. I close my eyes and fall into a deep slumber.

I follow the lizard as night falls. They all lie down together in a cluster to preserve body heat, pretty smart technique. I squish myself in next to the one that helped me tonight and fall asleep. Later than night I wake up at the sound of a roar and some footsteps. I notice the footsteps getting closer and closer then a giant Predator breaks through the foliage, waking the 'Tribe'.
(( Okay then, it's official night time. TehDudeWhoLived987, you're on 4 legit posts- posts that count towards next stage progression. Remember, read the OP, 2 or more IC lines only. I can confirm Scorpi15's 7th post though. To make things easier you can if you want to add a number at the bottom of your post so that you may track your progress and so that you can prove to others that those are legit posts. ))
As the sun begins to set, Caedar shudders and cowers behind Tynebris openly, suggesting that he is afraid of the dark. His vision at night isn't so great as it is in the day and prefers to be on his feet rather than flying.

Suddenly a strange, but not visible, energy flows through Tynebris' body. Shortly after Caedar lands near him he starts to panic because he suddenly feels pain along his back. All of a sudden spikes burst out of his back along his spine, however there is no blood on the newly appeared spikes. The pain is enormous for Tynebris causing him to instinctively roar short in pain. Though the roar isn't very loud because Tynebris isn't too big and isn't capable of releasing loud roars.

Caedar notices the change and begins to slowly back away. He stares at him for a few moments before chirping in a worried tone, as if asking if he was okay. Suddenly, from being calm, he averts back to being cautious and threatened.

At first Tynebris doesn't notice Caedar back off a bit, because of the pain stealing most of his attention. Furthermore Tynebris doesn't notice the spikes on his back. The immense pain slowly fades off and Tynebris finally can focus normally again. He looks at his back and notices the spikes, he remains paniced. He then hears Caedar chirping and looks at him as he then replies with a quiet & calm hiss trying to indicate that he is fine.

The pain decreases, however Tynebris still feels the pain coming from his spine. He is surprised by Skri's shout and the lizard instinctively growls towards the grass snake but then stops once he notices that the snake isn't a threat. Tynebris apologizes with a friendly hiss which is partially distorted by the pain Tynebris still feels.
Zaxon came across a large group of lizards while following the tracks. He tried to keep his distance, but a large pretator burst through the trees. Zaxon stood frozen in fear, letting out panicked squeaks. Noticing the giant lizard was occupied with the group of smaller lizards, he bolted off in the direction of the tracks again.
