I Go look for other animals and get scareed thinking that there could be a deadly spider or something right in front of me and I dont even notice it. Thank goodness for doctors.
"Alright, gents. I'm not exactly sure what language you two are speaking, but I caught 'poisonous' and I'm not aboot the let a bunch of civies run around and play in a cave with a critter with poison for spit. I say we're leavin' 'im the bloody 'ell alone." Berty spoke up as he nodded over the the alien organism crumbled on the limestone floor nearby before scanning around with his infra-red holoscope for any sign of trouble. "Lead the way, though. Might as well try and get a bit of science accomplished before we turn into a bunch of babbling space maroons."
Group 1: The noise of scuttling feet can be heard from the way you came. It sounds like a bunch of insects not that close but coming.
Acacia feels a little bit of vomit at the back of her throat when she sees all the blood but she swallows it and just puts the meat given to her in her bag and follows after Vasily with her gun clutched in her hand. Along the way though she trips and there is a blinding white light accompanied by the sound similar to a gun shot. Acacia seems to have disappeared but there is a indent in the snow where she fell and a orange crystal with brown speckles laying in the indent of her foot. Her gun and backpack remain by the side of the indent.
((Gonna take a break from role-playing for awhile. You guys can decide on a mod if drone doesn't show up. I'll check on this rp every so often though and i'll leave my pm connected to my email if you have any questions))
((Sorry, I havent answered in a while. Been pretty busy and school is starting soon :/ ))
Yetto noted Berty's decision as he slowly continued forward. However, a shot while after his ears perked up to the sound of insects scuttling quite a ways behind them, coming in from the direction they came from. "Well, looks like we have no choice but to keep going" Yetto said indifferently. "We're also going to find another way out of here" he noted. As they moved closer to the glow at the far side of the tunnels.
Mey nodded. What paralyzed her at that moment wasn't fear or trepidation. Well, she was approaching the darkness with trepidation, but what really churned her stomach was worry. She spent her life as a doctor saving lives and preventing death. Regardless of who it was, Mey always worried for them. However, she knew that if it came to it, her death would kill many more than just letting one person die. Part of her knew there wouldn't be a sacrifice-type thing, but another part of her knew she'd have trouble not volunteering.
Why was she thinking about it at a moment like that, though?

I would tell you about how awesome I am down here, but I have a feeling you probably already know that. <- Please. ._.
Vasily was moving forward with his loot being quite content. Even though they fell on the planet and they are stuck there without any help, it still has got potential to be exploited. And he got some food fairly quickly - a giant non-bulletproof and possibly even absolutely toxic free duck was just found and shot to death by Acacia... Thinking of Acacia, Vasily noticed no of her footsteps nearby. He nervously turned around and saw her backpack in the distance of ten meters from him. Realising that Acacia got into trouble while he was dreaming, Vasily decided not to spend time thinking during the forest and pay highest attention to enviroment. He ran to the backpack and to his surpise he saw a mark and a crystal, along with Acacia's gun. Vasily nervously picked up the weapon and layed his axe to the side of tree. Some time later he picked up the crystal, wondering what could it do...
((Continuing if crystal did nothing to Vasily.))
...After some time Vasily realised that the crystal won't do anything. He sighed even though he knew that crystal may do something terrible to him as well. Deciding to study the crystal later, Vasily put it in his backpack's side pocket, grabbed the pistol and hid it in his backpack. Then he put his axe in Acacia's backpack and moved towards the shack, planning to search for any clues on recent event...
Vasily: A small grey dragon hatchling seems to be poking around the shed. It's about the side of a medium sized dog and has a black mane running down it's neck and has small wings with black on the inside.
To say that Vasily was very surprised is to say nothing. He was not simply surprised, it was a combination of awe, shock and fear with the flavor of incredible curiosity. Then the feeling disappeared and was conviniently replaced by pragmatic instinct of self preservation and looping thought telling: "DO IT IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE". Vasily looked over at the creature that was looking just a lot like a dragon. He wondered if it is actually a dragon. The amount of surprises happening to him for the past two days was just unimaginable. Falling down on a creepy planet, then finding some weird shack (with an anomalous crystal), after that he found a giant duck (could it even fly with it's size?). Then Acacia mysteriously disappeared and left over a crystal and some gear. And then this - a strange creature.
On the good note, however, it was small. If it would pose a threat for Vasily, he would easily kill it even with his melee weapon. It was looking weak by everything, especially by the way it moves - like something small, weak, living under a wing of someone older. This thought lead Vasily to an unfortunate conclusion - this small thing is probably a child of some big mean mother-hubbard and killing it would call something big and evil. And calling something big and evil would not end well for a lonely human without some proper equipement. So that human decided to avoid any trouble.
However, he didn't want not to try something. This thing might be carnivourus. And giving it food would (hopefully) make it friendlier, or he would be able to tame it... And then when it grows up it will either help him like a terran dog or it would eat him like a terran bear or tiger (this outcome is much more likely). However, as they say: "Fortune Favors the Bold". Or no pain, no gain. Actually, Russian interpretation of this was involving wine and no pain so it was the best one for Vasily. He didn't even remember it's English translations because of it. Vasily moved to the creature carefully with his gun aimed at it - even though he didn't want to enrage some big monster, he wasn't in mood of dying to hatcling either. And if it was not a kid? Anyway, the former robot engineer was now moving towards the creature, holding a weapon in one of his hands.
The rest of his gear (allright, Acacia's backpack) was lying in the snow somewhere behind him. He intended to return for it later. Vasily walked as slowly as it was reasonable and after getting to some distance he looked at creature. Realising that it would be wize to note his presence here from a friendly note, he dropped his backpack (without dropping his aim for a long time) and said "Hey, you tiny little thing, whatcha need here, at the hut of allmighty Man?"
Vasily: You feel a presence in the side of your mind but instead of waiting for permission to come in like most dragons this one just barges in not knowing better Who are you and what's that in your hand? it has a childish sounding voice. The hatchling turns to look at you
[The most sophisticated swearing someone can come up with in 5 seconds. Believe me, it was awesome.]
The first thought in Vasily's head was like that. He actually started to think that he is going nuts. Or it was a very, very awesome dream, and he didn't want to wake up (really, adventure dreams are the best way to spend your night, minus one activity that is not to be discussed on those forums). Vasily's mind switched into weird state for a second, and ignoring any warnings about his sanity state he said "You are a telepath? The thing in my hand is..." Vasily hesitated for a second. It was time for a phrase that he wanted to say to someone all along, and he wanted it to be epic, but... "...a boomstick! Quite a thing actually." Damnit, forgot the second part of phrase. He thought, awaiting respond from the creature with curiosity. It wanted to talk, then it doesn't want to eat him? "And I am a human from a distant world. Ro-- Golemist is my job." He was really getting into a role.
Vasily:Of couse i'm a telepath stupid have you never seen a dragon? And what's this different world what's it like and Golemist? You mean you make those large stone creatures that walk around those old towns? It replies obviously thinking you meant you made golemns
Vasily was slightly offended by the dragon. Maybe he didn't like getting called stupid when this creature didn't even try to think about his situation a bit, or maybe he simply disliked children. He continued his talk nevertheless, and didn't even change his tone: "No I haven't, mainly because our world didn't have any dragons." Vasily said "And yep, I make the creatures out of resources. But not of stone, in our world we make them from sillicon and metal. And those usually walk around new towns, since people of old ones can't afford them. Also, what the hell are you doing near this shack that I got used to call home?"
Vasily: I was looking for my mother since I haven't seen her in awhile when I smelled a different smell and went to see what it was. Just to find a small little shack.
He got very important of information from innocent looking sentence of the dragon. The threat of big mean mother hubbard isn't so possible right now - unless this thing would go after it's child and find it. And this would make his life worse even if he would manage to finish the encounter peacefull.
However... That "...for a while"... It may mean any time continuation. 1 hour. 1 year. The longest time that was mentioned by "for a while" was 10 years, at least that how his friend used it. And it isn't giving him any good news. "Different smell?" Vasily said with emotions on his face getting more relaxed "Anyway, I see you are all alone here. You aren't even afraid. Didn't you even think about a possibility of threat from anyone around here?"
Vasily: There really aren't that many dangerous creatures around here. There's only the threat of polar bears and a few creatures that wander-away from the forest of giants. Well that and rogue dragons but most of them won't bother small creatures. The dragon shakes some snow flakes from it's wings noticing it's snowing and looks up at the sky. You should find better shelter land-walker it seems there's a snow storm coming. There's a town with large buildings that will hold up better a few miles east of here.
Group 1: there's a smell of feces and rotten fish as you approach and some strange plants are attached to the ceiling of the tunnel, it seems they have mouths with thorns in them but they don't move. When you finally reach it there is growing bulb that moves up and down in the soil ((Someone went in that direction I think))
