I decided to make a special RolePlay based on the first season of "Star Blazers" or "Yamato" in which they travel to Iscandar. If you have NO IDEA on what I'm talking about please look at the spoiler just beneath this sentence.
In the year 2199, life on Earth was threatened with extinction by the mysterious planet, Gamilon. In the middle of the twenty-first century, this mysterious stellar nation, from a planet far outside our solar system, declared war on Earth. They bombarded Earth with deadly planet bombs. The surface of the Earth became uninhabitable, as the deadly radioactivity cause by the bombs covered the world. People could only survive my moving to underground cities, miles below the surface of the Earth.
The people of the world united against a common enemy. But, one-by-one, Earth's defense fleets were wiped out. There was no defense against the bombing.
The Gamilons would accept nothing less than total surrender. But the Earth Defense Command refused to yield. And the Gamilons continued their siege.
In one year's time, all life on Earth would become extinct as the deadly radiation sank deeper into the Earth.
But one day, a spaceship crashed on Mars bearing a message from Queen Starsha, of planet Iscandar, 148,000 light years away. She offers CosmoDNA to Earth, a machine which can rid it of the deadly radioactivity.
So planet Iscandar must be reached. But, it is 148,000 light years away, in a time when man had never even ventured outside the limits of the Solar system. Is it possible to travel there and back, in just one Earth year?
Now that you know how this all got started, I'll list the rules and any other information.
RULES-RULES-RULES
Please use somewhat proper grammar. And no textspeak please!
Don't make your character perfect! It makes it really boring if he/she is!
Try NOT to assume in simple, yet life-threatening, situations. (if your drowning and someone pulls you up, don't assume that they are controlling you, if you died that would be terrible!) [Terribly worded, sorry! Just don't get snottty really!]
Try to avoid swearing, the original show has absolutely none, but minimal swearing (like hell and pissed-off) are OK
We're speaking in 3rd person, and out-of-character comments are to be in SPOILERS
CLASSES AND RACES
Humans-Are fighting against the Gamilons and are trying to make it to Iscandar in 365 days
Gamilons-Are trying to stop the Humans at all costs.

HUMAN CLASSES
Captain-Only 1 and has all control over the Argo/Yamato.
Deputy Captain-Only 1 and can give orders aboard ship.
Navigator-Several and help find their location. One must be female.
Pilot/Gunsman-Several and protect the ship.
Repairsman-Several and repair the ship, investigate materials, and invent stuff.
Engine Workers- Several of these men and keep the engine working.
GAMILON CLASSES
Leader-only 1 and can control entire race
Assistant-only 1 and informs Leader of situation
General-A couple of these and can do very many things, like inventing
Lietenant-A tad lower than a General, needs permission from higher ranks
Captain-Higher than a Private, can do a few functions
Private/Pilot-Absolutely nothing special.
Ally-Works for Gamilon
Well I suppose that this list covers ALMOST what I need to start!

His luck seemed to have been takign a turn for the better, until the fleet he was in was wiped out, leaving him in a wreck of a fighter grasping every chance of life he could, even though he figured that would fail. Well, we almost have enough. We'll need the Iscandarian's and the Gamilons before we begin the actual story, but I'll start the "prologue" to the quest until we get those people. Remember, 3rd person!
On the Pluto front-line, Captain Avatar and his crew were fighting a losing battle against the Gamilon base on Pluto. They were severely outnumbered, and one of his other ships that he commanded, the Paladin, which Alexis Pheoron pilotede and commanded, decided to stay behind in an attempt to fight back while Captain Avatar fled the battle. Alexis wasn't seen for a long time, but was, several months later, seen slowly piloting his damaged ship back to Earth Defense Headquarters. While he and his crew, which consisted of himself and his friend, Jeremy, were badly wounded, they claimed that they pulled through and used what they could find to keep alive. Doctor Sane patched the two up and ensured that they were in good health condition before heading back to their normal base on Mars. There they were informed of a crash landing somewhere near the north polar ice-cap, and they went to investigate.
I think that's a good start, don't you? I won't continue for a while until we get the necessary people to participate.Good luck the crew of the Paladin on making it back to Earth and surviving, and hurry Star Force, there are only 375 days left until Earth becomes extinct.
((IM back! Sweet! sounds like an epic prologue lets hope more peeps join))

IGN:Zode Hardons
Race:Human(Male)
Class:Gunsman
General Physique:Slim, with long-ish brown hair, and icy blue eyes. He has long fingers, and is on the shorter side.
Biography:A son of two pilots; Zode was born on Mars, and swears he'll die anywhere but Mars. Hating his parents for always being away, and hating the Gamilion for ruining the human race, and hating space for being so lonely, you can say Zode is mad at the universe. His rage is hidden behind a calm, but intelligent face, Zode can be philosophical and cryptic at times. He prefers to keep his motives and goals a secret, or at least confusing. He thinks of himself as science, essencial and interesting; but sometimes confusing and infuriating. Staying hidden in moments of crisis, he always seems to come through with a simple solution; for most problems.
Will I post often?: I will, unless i die of a heart attack anytime soon.
Will I keep my posts at a decent length?: I'll do my best.
Do you speak english?: Unless the U.S. changed languages suddenly, yes.
((Don't think that I'm dead, I was just simply...pre-occupied with other things. Sorry if I disturbed you all with my absence. And StuffLOrd your character is accepted. The description reminds me a little too much of me though...Oh and sounds like he'll make the perfect gunman against the Gamilons, just try not to let things get TOO out of hand.))
On Mars with Alexis, Jeremy, and ZodeHardons, a longtime ciziten of Mars, went to investigate the mysterious crash near the Northern Polar Icecap. Flying their scout plane head to the crash site.
"How close are we to the Crash Site?" asked Zode Hardons, who had just returned from Earth as he was gone on a brief...vacation.
"We're about 15,000 meters from the location that the Commander gave us" replied Alexis. Jeremy was watching for any possible Gamilon ships should they have been the cause of the crash. "Look at all that fire and smoke! We should hurry!" said Jeremey in a calm, yet concerned voice. "Okay Jeremy, but keep your eyes out. Zode, anything we should know about this area of Mars?" said Alexis, with a slight concern in his voice. "Nothing much, should the crash or an escape pod be on the ice we would need to use a standard treaded vehicle (STV) to proceed up the ice, as the ice can only be gripped by the treads. Our footwear won't provide enough grip, and if we try to land there we'll crash the plane." Zode answered, trying to keep his cool. "Prepare to land everyone, looks like the crash site wasn't on the ice at all, that relieves me." Alexis stated. As the three landed they saw the escape pod with a mysterious woman wearing a purple dress (hint hint) laying on the ground. They walk over to her. "Zode, check her pulse, we want to make sure that she is okay or not." Alexis ordered. "Understood."
Zode checked her pulse, revealing nothing. "She's gone." Zode said, rather calmly, as if he were happy for once. "Look in her hand, she's holding a message capsule!" Jeremy stated, excitedly. "Let's head back to base and then get back to Earth" Alexis ordered. The three headed back to their plane, unaware that the mysterious woman was waking up.
Good work Mars crew, you have almost begun the journey for Iscandar! And hurry Star Force, there are only 370 days left until Earth becomes a silent planet.
Again let me know if you guys liked this one, PM me if you guys think that there were any rough spots or if you want to see Captain Harlock make some appearances!

Biography- (I don't know too much about this series, so I'll do some guesstimation.) Born into a rich family on Gamilon, Garat joined the military and quickly rose through the ranks with his cunning and an impressive knowledge of military strategy. He has been the "Leader" for five years now. He sometimes obsesses over things, and has a bit of a "one track mind," meaning that if he has to focus on multiple things at once, he probably won't do as well.

Luke the bio is just your characters background, if you want to know more then please look at the first spoiler in the OP. Anyways welcome aboard! Were going to do a Gamilon chapter tomorrow just because we can (to kinda help give the characters some background, but don't forget once we get the next necessary members all hell will break lose!) Anyways welcome! Oh and who voted on the poll? Cause I just want to know.
EDIT: As per StuffLOrd's request to help speed things up all non-Gamilon characters (Humans) need to make a Gamilon character. And just to help distinguish the difference, how about trying to make them as close to an exact opposite of your other character as possible?
Anyway I have also decided to make the Iscandarians a total NPC class, so that will be removed from OP, though some new things might pop up?
Also, Captain Harlock as an NPC? The Captain that is really Alex Wildstar? (He was removed due to some reason, but was given his own series Galaxy Express 999)
((Hey lokomo! great to see your back! Ok So we still waiting for more characters? or are we in control now?))

((Well, to help speed things up all human characters are to create an exact opposite of their charachter but as a Gamilon. Let me make the Gamilon chapter and we will begin. Iscandar classes are closed off))
Luke your Bio sounds maybe a little bit too much like Leader Desslok from the series, but that's a good thing!
And YINNY we're going to do a Gamilon chapter soon, to describe Luke's character and for me to try to get a feel of what he is like, If I fail miserably then I can always edit it =3
Gamilon chapter coming about 4:45-5:00 Pacific time, so add or subtract hours to figure out the time that it will be up. Then there will be an Iscandar mini-chapter that shows a certain someone in her tower in her city!
I've been watching a lot of Galaxy Express 999 and might include a few elements into a few mini-chapters that will occur.
It was morning on the Planet Gamilon, although it is rather difficult to tell such a thing when you live underground, and the Gamilon Leader Garat Talon was "enjoying" the somewhat fresher weather that the winds had brought, as most of the time the air smells and is acidic, Sulpuric Acid to be precise. Garat hears a train whistle, and says "First transit today, we're almost back to normal. It IS only 9:00 AM. It used to be 12:00 for any train to leave." Garat was starting to believe that at this rate their home planet could become normal, but the sulphiric acid was still existent. Garat was tempted to move the whole civilization to the surface, but there the air is unbreatheable. Then, a audio transmission comes in to his...transmitter. There is nothing but static. "Our scientists say that we are making new developmental enhancements each hour, but soon we will not be able to live here any more."
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On the planet Iscandar, Starsha is looking out at the vast ocean. "Astra, are you sure about this? When you leave I could die. We could just send a ship with Earth's coordinate's programmed into it? It would be safest for us and them." Starsha reasoned. "No sister. (They're sisters, in case you didn't know that) Earth must know that someone risked their life to help them. A machine will do us and them no good, as they could believe that it is from Gamilon, and that the message was just a fake recording." Astra replied. A train whistle sounded, and a slight rumbling shook the tower. "Oh, there goes one of Iscandar's newer trains." Starsha noted. "I will take the Galaxy Express 999. It moves very quickly, and I should be able to get to Earth within three months." Astra told her sister. Starsha knew that the GE999 was the fastest mode of transport to Earth. which was 144,000 light years away. "Alright Astra, but as long as you remain as safe as you can. And take this message capsule, in case you fail to make it there." Starsha gave Astra the capsule and her sister hustled to the station on Iscandar. Be safe, my sister. Hurry to Earth.
I think that this was a nice one. Will Garat really go to war against the Humans? And will Astra make it to Earth on time, before the Gamilon train does? And what is the story behind the mysterious Galaxy Express 999? Hurry, Star Force, as there are only 368 days left.
