** Everyone is accepted and on the roster. Nice job everyone. AZilla, since that's a really shitty application though you're dieing first. Be prepared to write a better one, that's not a paragraph. I know I said short, but this isn't amateur. And whoever did the plague doctor is ****ing awesome, that's an awesome assassins guise and I love you for it. **
Lotus put his book down onto the page he was on, walking outside his opened cell. About an hour before the guards had called roaming time, and it would last almost two more hours. The black flames had crept into his cell a bit as well, even though the caster was over ten cells away.
"Pretty fine magic you've thrown there. What's it called?" Lotus inquired, nodding to the smoldered cell bars.
Name; Tomas Danforth
Skills; Tomas has the ability to extend his brainpower to the world around him and manipulate it. Psychokinesis, Telepathy, Illusions; all of these abilities are his to use to his imagination's extent. The power, though, is quite draining and requires a certain extent of concentration.
Appearance; Tomas is rather short and thin, and his head is purposely shaved. Plain clothes are his garb of choice.
Biography; When Tomas was born, everything around him shook, as if an earthquake; objects flew around the room, and his mother died of an extreme brain aneurysm.
Tomas was then raised by his Aunt, who confined to her house as much as possible to avoid him making contact with others; she knew he was a dangerous boy. However, in a fit of anger, he killed her by impaling a garden tool into her chest.
Tomas grew up the rest of his life on the streets, and made a name for himself as a hitman; convinced murder was the only thing his almost uncontrollable gift was good for. However, when one hit was ordered on a very mysterious man, Tomas was ambushed, and awoke in a cell, inside a huge complex.
Additional info; You know how spotty my activity is. If this is a problem, feel free to kill my char quickly.
Want me to add anything; I think the overall RP idea needs some more #!#
((I'm leaving in like...20 minutes, so I won't start RPing 'til tomorrow if that's okay.))
"Red-man again." Garhuth sighed. The man who thought he was the best, who believed that someone from a tribe was stupid and unneeded - Garhuth would have no problems killing him in the end. He wouldn't feel any remorse for him, as he deserved death. Grunting, Garhuth leaned back, yawning.
"Ignore him. Beat him once, beat him again."

"You don't need to be aggressive outside of the ring, Garhuth. That's just what it's masters want. You may have to fight him again, and me as well, but you will just get them more money doing it in a rage." Lotus explained to the six armed man before turning to the Incubus. "I'm not so fond of spells, but I've experimented."
" I can make your body implode with merely the clenching of my fist. I am a mage. I practice the dark arts. " His magical abilities are extraordinary. However, his slow movement caused by his armor and chains is a disadvantage. He tries to make up for it using defensive spells, as well as his staff - which has a sharp blade on one end.
He looks as every other Incubus. Blood red skin, backward curved horns, around eight feet tall. He has black eyes - not a spark of color, just black. No hair, his horns take up most of his head, so he couldn't even be considered bald. His facial expression is emotionless. His body build is muscled, but not monstrously. He wears a lightly armored, yet sleeveless black robe with a hood. Two leather pauldrons on both of his shoulders with two straps around his upper body to keep the pauldrons in place. He wears black leather gauntlets, as well as a thick chain around his right right arm which can be used as a weapon, or to protect himself. Leather boots. White paint tattoos with Incubus symbols on both arms.
He was known as one of the most powerful mages around. So powerful and destructive he was hunted down day and night. Eventually, he was captured and incarcerated. Chained and placed behind a magical barrier. But it wasn't enough. He escaped every time. It wasn't until the mysterious group who run the arena was hired to hunt him down that he was finally captured and placed under such heavy security he'd be unable to escape. Now he was a combatant. He never tried to escape though, unlike many others. He liked being there. It was a chance to prove himself. He's accepted his new life.
So far he's done good. Let's hope he can keep it up.
Additional info; No, not really.
Want me to add anything; No.
(( Crappiest app I've made by far, but I won't risk making something great only to be killed after the first fight. ))
((( And, I can't help but think it's too similar to Stingrays. But please believe me, I didn't mean for it to be. I guess we just had very similar ideas. Hope you don't mind too much. ))
"Yes, all my insults in the ring were purely for show. I have no problem with humans, or Newts, for that matter."
Syyrek gestured to the main arena, surrounded with thousand upon thousands of seats.
"It's what the viewers want. It's what the Masters expect us to do. And speaking of bigotry," Syyrek turned to the normal human, frown on his face, "ALL mages act superior? That's like saying all farmers, like yourself, have less intelligence than the ground I stand upon. And we both know that's not true."

Levin leaned against the cold iron bars of his cell, sighing at his situation once again. Stuck in a tiny, boxy, cell, in some God-forsaken prison. Oddly enough, the guards had allowed him to keep all his equipment, though they had been too far out of reach for him to slit their throats. Fiddling with steel syringe, he arbitrarily injected it with a fast acting poison, having a sneaking suspicion that he would need it. Suddenly, he heard voices outside, coming from the cell window. Using his acrobatic skills, he wall jumped to the window, grabbing on to it's rough edge and hoisting himself up. Peering out, he noticed a huge man with six, muscular arms, a dirty farmer-like citizen, a ed colored demonic humanoid, and finally, a strange, reptilian creature. Eyes widening behind the ceramic bird mask, he could tell that they too were prisoners. Or, at least, once were. They had that look about them, as if experiencing fresh air for the first time. Well, all except the reptile. Deciding to join them, Levin pretended to be trying to escape through his window. As he expected, a guard soon opened the cell door, and attempted to pull Levin down. Levin, quick as a blink, jumped at an angle from the wall, landing on the man while simultaneously slitting his throat with a scalpel. The other guard turned, but was too slow, as his eye met the point of Levin's syringe. Grinning, Levin strolled through open door way, making his way to the courtyard. He was free.
** Uh... it's free roam time. Your cell was open anyway, unless you're in solitary. But okay. And, it's a courtyard with others in it. Bleachers, workout benches, tables with gamblers, anything really. Cells are just beside it, and open directly to the courtyard. No walks, it's straight grass outside of your cell. **
Noticing the newcomer, Lotus frowned. "You had to kill them? Senseless bloodshed such as yours is unneeded, especially in such a dire place."
** Oh :sad.gif: Well then, I'm in solitary. Murdering a few dozen people makes me incredibly...lethal**
Levin inspected the reptilian man from up close. "Senseless? It makes perfect sense," he said through his mask. "It was a risk of theirs, to lock me up. They knew the consequences." He tapped his poison filled syringe. "They payed."
Grudgingly, George realized the mage had a point. "Hm. I guess your right. It's just that every mage I've met personally was a biggot. However, the part of the farmers being as intelligent as dirt is pretty accurate when it comes to me!" George laughed at his joke about himself.

I'm always happy just 'cause there isn't a reason to be sad.
Don't take this as there is nothing that could cause sadness. I just mean it's pointless to dwell on it. I mean, depression is so boring.
(( Wait, someone made a plague doctor character? ****! That's exactly what I made before I made this character. God damn it. I changed it because I didn't want to be human, and a non - human plague doctor didn't seem right. God damn it, you took my praise! ))
Standing in the middle of the courtyard, the mysterious Incubus mage eyed the other combatants, though his eyes were not visible. His hood covering his face. They all looked inferior in his eyes, but he wouldn't underestimate their abilities just yet.
"Well met. I am George, and as you can tell, I'm a farmer that specializes in drunken brawling! As in, getting drunk and beating up another drunkard. So why don't you all do me a favor and drink some Ale before fighting me, will ya?" George joked, laughing.
"In fact, get me some too, while your at it. I could go for a shot of ale."
Levin tilted his hat to the Incubus who had spoken. "So," he said, the mask dampening his voice. "Why are you all here? And why," he turned to look back at the prison where he had escaped. "Are the guards not rushing after us?"
Zeke scratched his fiery red hair as he stepped into the grassy courtyard. The guards told him that it was "free" roam time, and that he could be out and about until he had to be put back in a cell. Zeke was surprised that he had to live in a cell, but it was worth getting out of this body. Anything was. Zeke looked around, it was a wide, spacious area, with many things to do in it. In the center was a group of strange people. They were all different, yet they were all alike as well. They were all fighting for freedom. Zeke just wasn't sure what they had to escape from. Zeke walked slowly to them, his lantern bouncing on his thigh. "Greetings there!" Zeke said cheerfully as he raised his hand in salutations. Some of the people looked dangerous, especially the one holding a syringe full of what seemed to be poison. Hopefully, they wouldn't engage in combat right here and now.
