((Considering Proporo and Feokris's argument, I say we hold a vote who's side we are on. I'm on Feokris's side, purely so Levin survives to get killed by Earle. :tongue.gif: ))

((I have no opinion, although, if Ziss dies, Lilia could eventually ind his dead body, and feel really bad that she wasn't there to protect him, even though they were allies. And she'd be like, "Oh, and I never learned his name." Which doesn't really change the story at all, so, yeah, I have no vote.))
" Do not pursue! We will have another chance.. " the mysterious Incubus said. Following Garhuth was a waste of energy. He wasn't sure exactly where he was, and even if he did he would have to go underground - a bad idea. Using spells to force him out without knowing his exact position would be far too exhausting.
Syyrek growled in frustration. He so desperately wanted to kill that six-armed monstrosity. Slamming his fist into a nearby branch, Syyrek tossed his firball into the air in front of him, willing it to dissapate. Turning to his comrade, Syyrek asked heatedly, "Then what do we do?"

The Goddess of Death smiled, and lowered the vines she was in, smiling to Levin.
First line in the kill post. The vines were completely lowered, meaning they were no longer around her. She didn't need to step out(off) of the vines, as they were in a small room in a cave: The glaive would easily reach Ziss.
3. Now, how could she lower her cage in order to stab him, I mean you'd have to have like rubber arms to stab someone who is above ground level (Yes, no one ever wrote anything about him, or Levin being moved.) from below the ground to the chest. Or am I wrong?
And about Levin:
RESPONSE: Lowering refers to the vines lowering, not the cage sinking into the ground. And, keep in mind these aren't literally cages: The vines wrap around the person and pull them through the Earth. TCT never wrote about the vines wrapping around him like me and you did, so it's fair to conclude that he was still standing in the open.
What doesn't occur naturally? Touch a human, and dispose him/her of his/her organic material wouldn't be a toughie, which means she can instakill anyone without any trouble, right? Also, if she can turn any material to any other material (stone to magma as you wrote), she's like invincible..
Gimme some description of that please :S
RESPONSE: That's true, but you have to keep in mind it still is magic. Yes, she would be able to do that to a person, but this is a game, so there are limits. AKA, if she were to destroy another person, she would have to destroy herself in the process, because ripping apart a living thing with a will to resist the magic would be a struggle, and kill them both. And, she can't turn any material into any other material. Magma is the superheated, liquified version of stone. She can manipulate the material to any other material in it's family, so to speak. AKA, sand to glass, ore to metal, snow to ice, etc, etc, etc.
Hopefully this cleared that up... :I
Also, if you still want to get out of this doing massive damage... You fired three fireballs... Combine those into one massive one so fire goes over the whole room. If you do that, we also can't escape via my vines. And it's magical fire, so it could ignite stone too, trapping us. Just saying. :wink.gif: ]
Zeke eyed the new face suspiciously. She had appeared suddenly, right as he called out. Was she watching him the whole time? Zeke looked at the food and water that she offered him. "Thanks but no thanks. I don't need to eat or drink." Zeke was unsure whether or not he should trust her. The last person he trusted ditched him in his time of need. Zeke flinched as his leg burst with pain again. "Why? Have you seen other people around here?" Zeke glanced at the bandages again. "Also, did you do...this?" Zeke gestured towards his bandaged stump.

Garhuth had managed to tunnel a far distance from the incubi, from what he could tell. If he was right, he was probably in the desert area. Mapping it out in his mind, the other rainforest was all the way across the field. If he dug up now, and ran as fast as he could...
If he never let his gaurd down, either...
He would easily make it to the other rainforest. It was a perfect plan. Create a treetop shelter and stay back for the rest of the game.

"No, I found you like that. It's pretty odd, you know, it's almost as if there was a hurricane or something, but it stopped as soon as you were right here." Lilia gestured to the cactus. "As if it stopped when it did what it meant to do." Lilia paused, "And what do you mean, 'You don't have to eat or drink?' If you really do, you won't have the strength to get food or water because it looks as if you had been sleeping for a while."

[It's all good, but... Just wondering... Why would it matter if the spell was unstable if death was imminent..? xP]
The Goddess of Deaths eyes widened, as she dropped the the floor, releasing her hold on the glaive and dodging the fireball, yet landing at the worst time possible, and getting the flesh burned straight off half of her calf by the molten metal that once the other half of her glaive. [Figured you at least deserve to leave a nice battle scar on the champion. ;D Your name should go in some kind of record book. ZISS: THE ONLY PERSON TO EVER GREATLY WOUND THE CHAMPION!] The Goddess of Death shrieked out in pain, and writhed on the floor in agony. "God DAMMIT! That assassin *******!" She yelled, rolling around on the floor, as the poisonous gasses started to fill the room.
[Am I trying to take down Levin at the same time? I think so! ;D Levin was right behind TGoD, and there is now the fireball for him to get hit with! O v O I'm so devious~ I wanna see how Levin manages to dodge that fireball he never knew was coming.]
[Feo's interpretation: TGoD Fell to the side, and Levin was in arms range of TGoD. So Levin either needs to fall flat on his back or... Ehm. "Take that fireball like a boss!" ^-^]
" We retreat. For now. " he added, and levitated away, just above the treeline. He would have loved to kill Garhuth, but it was far too dangerous to pursue. If they came upon another combatant, they would attack. Just to keep the arena happy.
Syyrek let out a huff of frustration before following his comrade over the treeline. He was half-tempted to just burn the whole forest down right now, but he resisted the urge. Flying up next to the other Incubus, Syyrek asked, "Where do we go now?"

Zeke laughed out loud. "Aside from my leg I feel great!" He gestured to his red eyes and hair. He caught his finger on fire. "I'm Fyre. Eternal fire trapped in a human's body. Food and water are useless to me. The only thing I'll ever need is sleep."

"Oh." Lilia felt very stupid at that point, "Well, you're not going to get far with half your leg missing. You should be glad I found you before someone else did. I have no intentions of killing you at all, but then again,I don't really expect you to believe me or anyone for that matter." Lilia's mind drifted back to her family. Dead. They're definitely dead by know. She sighed. She couldn't take it. The very thing she lived for is dead because of her.

Earle is still currently watching the fight. Making some observations, he noticed one girl help this one guy in a desert. It's pointless to help him, since the guy can't really help in a fight due to half of a leg not there. Also, that woman helping him is too trusting. Maybe I could use that to my advantage. Hmmm...
Still in the middle of pondering, he saw the incubi ((Or whatever the plural form of "incubus" is. Personally, incubi sounds the best.)) retreat after failing to go after the 6-armed brute. These guys are the most boring too watch. ((No offense meant, Hugz and Sting.))
The most exciting was the fight between Levin, some woman with a glaive, and an unknown man. The fireballs the man let loose were certainly causing damage, mostly to the woman. All Earle wished is that none of the fireballs hit Levin. Also, the woman was extremely hot. As in, temperature-wise, since she got scorched multiple times from the fireballs. ((:tongue.gif:))

Levin's eyes widened at the sight of the approaching fireball. With barely a thought, he jumped straight up, the fireball only catching the leather 'skirt' between his legs on fire. Landing heavily, he quickly stripped the skirt off, exposing leather clad legs. Turning, he tore through the vines, running toward the exit. He had had enough of this place.
((I took it like a man, Pro. Action hero style. Also, Feokris, isn't your character getting severely poisoned :wink.gif: Mine has a mask on, designed specifically for this, so he's good.))
((So, the bird mask acts as a gas mask? Didn't the beak get cut off or something, leaving a hole in it?
Also, Pro, I hope my character gets to fight you soon, as he is awfully bored. Maybe Gran finds Earle "interesting?" :tongue.gif: ))

((That is so. But in old times, the 'beak' was filled with a number of herbs that negated poisonous smells and such. Just cause it's got a hole in it doesn't mean it's not effective. ;P ))
((But wouldn't the hole cause the herbs to fall out?))
